This hotel has a very friendly and helpful staff. it is located very near to the lake and its activities. i had room # 10, which has it's own breakfast served to the guests without the need to go downstairs. One can choose from a variety of breakfast wishlist. The TV channels are limited. There is no telephone in room...

We unfortunately has a booking misunderstanding when we arrived at the hotel, the manager Angie, was terrific and offered us a smaller room -with shared facilities-for the night. We were so grateful. The food in the pub was terrific, the breakfast and the service by the morning girls were fantastic. A great tight knit team. Thanks for the opportunity to...

We stayed here for 2 nights (Mon - Tues). Nice pub with good local ale, friendly staff and the breakfast were particularly good. The cost was £80 Mon & £85 Tues very expensive for a pub. The rooms were clean and tidy but if you're going to stay here don't bring your cat; no room to swing it. One person...

We stayed here for one night over the bank holiday weekend. The location was fab - very central but not noisy. Food wonderful, not cheap but good quality. Service great too (particularly the girl serving food/breakfasts) nothing was too much trouble. Room small but had everything we needed. Would stay again.

We stayed at the Royal Oak Inn for a 2 night stay. We were in room 10, so we could be served breakfast in the room as i think this is the only room which has the facilities to be able to do this. The room itself was lovely and clean, nicely decorated and a huge comfortable bed. The staff...

Nice friendly welcome, great location, lovely breakfast (although beans went missing on morning 2) and good food. Room was small but perfectly adequate. Only 2 small things I would change, better pillows and move the shelf over the sink. We stayed in rm 5, I thought it would be noisey being right over the bar, but it was fine. Parking...
