My wife and I had another pleasant stay at Park Beck in July. Thank you for such a warm and attentive reception; we really enjoyed our two night stay. Your hearty breakfast is always a good start to the day! See you again soon.

We found the owners/management very welcoming, a good breakfast and very close to Windermere town with an abundance of restaurants and bars. Only a 20 minute drive to lovely Grasmere so this B&B is perfectly located.

Central location, easy walk from train station. Hosts were very welcoming. Breakfast was full english catering for vegetarians. We had a room with a double bed and a single bed which was very spacious and contained all necessary amenities (en-suite, tea and coffee making facilities etc). Overall a very quiet and peaceful place to stay. Would recommend to others.

Great location as its near the station and its a downhill walk. We booked a weekend away and got this room in the top floor- the loft. it had a double bed and single bed and quite spacious. They put the heating on at night so it was nice and cosy. The tv was placed on top of the wardrobe...

Thank you for your review - we always look at these to try to see where we can improve our service. Consequently, we will add more storage space into room 7's ensuite where you stayed. As for the foam in the toilet bowl that you have photographed, we regularly add fresheners to the toilet cisterns for maximum cleanliness. We ask...

It is a very nice B&B. We stayed there two nights. Everything was small but lovely and cozy. Small bathroom but you will get all comfort. Mrs. Stevenson welcomed us and helped me with my luggage. She also provided milk for my toddler. Breakfast was good and on time. The location was convenient. Quite a few places to eat and...

Musty smell probably cos poor ventilation. tiny toilet with worn looking toilet seat, taps with poor grip, shower with low water pressure and nowhere to put own shower gel (none provided. Only small bar soap at sink), very thin towels with nowhere to hang. Old 'pokey' mattress with thin blanket. I was cold and asked lady owner to turn on...
