The host was great! My friend and I were heading out on our departure date to drop our bags off at a left luggage place, before a walk round Derwent Water - he offered to look after our bags at the B&B and we could just collect them on our return. We really appreciated him going above and beyond for...

A nice friendly greeting from the owner who has been in the business foe many years and knows how to treat his guests. The room was comfortable and clean. A bit stingy with the tea bags, though! An excellent breakfast and we were pleased that the place would take one night bookings during the week. Highly recommended.

A clean friendly Bed and Breakfast right in Keswick. Secure storage for cycles. Breakfast was good with lots of choice of hot or cold food. Very helpful and informative. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Very comfortable and spotlessly clean B&B. Ideally located just off the town. Very welcoming atmosphere and a great breakfast. Parking is a bit tight, but we managed to find a space within a 100 yards of the front door. We would certainly come back and stay here again.

The couple who ran it were fantastic in helping us to decide where to walk, eat, drink etc. The room we had was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was well cooked and set you up perfectly for the walking that is available everywhere in the beautiful...

We both liked this place, it had a lovely comfortable en-suite room which was well furnished. Southey St is just away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of Keswick but only a 2 minute walk to the centre. A good breakfast to set us on our way completed a good stay in the heart of the Lakes.

Although its a long while since our last visit (due to changing circumstances) , I am pleased to see that...
