Stayed two nights last weekend, This is more than a B&B, quality everywhere and thoughtful design with attentive service not found in many hotels. Immaculate rooms with quality fittings and decoration. Superb breakfast with most efficient service. Could not ask for more. Excellent location for the town and the Theatre, no problems parking. Lindsey is a bubbly and charming host,...

B&B in a great location, just off the city centre (5 min walk) and right on the edge of Hope Park. Rooms were very clean, cozy and incredibly warm which was perfect when coming back from the cold days out in the Lake District. We stayed in Room 15 which had a fantastic view of the mountains but as it...

Great location, just away from the centre of Keswick, 5 minutes walk to the main square but still quiet at night. Parking just outside, can be a bit tricky to find a spot directly outside but plenty in the surrounding streets. Friendly staff, good quality food and nice rooms.

To say that this hotel was clean would be derogatory! It was spotless! Not a thing out of place, very well laid out, comfortable bed and a super view over the golf course to the mountains beyond. Cooked Breakfasts were superb with multi choices of rolls, pann u chocolate, cereals etc. Well worth the money and would want to stay...

There's just nothing to fault with the location, management, service, food, or comfort at this jewel at the centre of Keswick. A walk away from the Theatre, excellent restaurants, and Derwent Water shore, this B&B cannot be bettered. Breakfast is well cooked and presented, and the waitresses are friendly and attentive. Nothing is too much trouble for manageress Lyndsey to...

We stayed here for bonfire weekend. Greeted by a bottle of champagne on arrival for my partners 21st birthday the hosts made an extra special effort to help me celebrate, they even moved our checkin time to suit our commitments and long journey. We had room 15, the cosy but very spacious loft room that was beautifully decorated, completely clean,...

My husband I stayed here mid October for 4 nights for our last holiday before our little one arrives in January. We visit Keswick every year and always stay in different B&Bs but we had stayed here a few years ago with family to celebrate a birthday and we really enjoyed our stay so chose to stay here again as...

My wife and I stayed here for the second time (Oct 2016). Lindsay and the staff were wonderful as usual, made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much effort. The room and breakfast were faultless...... as is the location. Thank you ....see you next year.

I was very satisfied with my room, (Room 11) which is the smallest of the rooms, and the least expensive. Perfect bed, windows on two sides, beautiful shower. No, the room does not look out onto the park, but it does have a view of distant fells. From the website, the rooms looking onto the park are probably even better,...
