Really smart ensuite room with lovely, varied and very filling breakfasts. In very easy reach of both the town centre and the lake, with lots of great walks to choose from nearby. Definitely a nice cosy base for a walking holiday!

New owners, but again a lovely stay, made very welcome by Shereen and Rob. Guest house and room is very clean and the breakfast very tasty. Would not hesitate in staying here again. Excellent base for fell walking in the Lakes.
