We stayed in room no. 7, which I understand is the best room in the house so worth asking for this when you book. The room is very large, very nicely decorated and comfortable, and has a beautiful view of the fells. We were here for four nights and couldn't have asked for a better B&B, both the room and...

Had the pleasure of staying here for the weekend. The family who have recently bought the property are making all the effort to make your stay a comfortable and memorable experience. Very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. Our room on the top floor.. No7 overlooking Skiddaw was gorgeous. Recently redecorated and very comfortable and spacious. Breakfasts were top notch.....

The hotel is in a very quiet street within very easy walking distance of the centre of Keswick. I stayed in the single room, it was nicely decorated, spotlessly clean and very comfy bed! The breakfast was lovely and the hosts couldn't have been more friendly. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed as a family of three for a long weekend in Keswick. A warm welcome awaited us at this conventionally located guest house. The room was clean and comfortable; breakfast delicious and tailored to our dietary needs; nothing seemed to be too much trouble for our friendly and amenable hosts. We will definitely book again. Oh and returning from...

Would thoroughly recommend this B&B. My husband and I spent 2 nights here. It is run by a lovely friendly family and is very comfortable and spotlessly clean. There is a good choice of cereals, fruit & yoghurt and the cooked breakfast was fresh hot & well presented.A nice little touch was the homemade fruit cake in our room when...

I highly recommend this guest house. It is in a quiet back street close to the Keswick town centre. The decor is excellent and the room was very spacious and clean. The English breakfast was cooked to perfection and there is a choice of cereal, fruit, juices and coffee. The owners are 5 star and nothing is too much trouble....

This is a great B&B, located just a couple of minutes walk from Keswick town centre. I received a very warm welcome and had a really nice and comfortable stay. The room that I stayed in, single en-suite, was comfortable, clean, modern and well equipped with TV, coffee and tea making facilities and fast Wi-fi available throughout. It was a...

Family trip for New Year in Keswick! Great location just off the Main Street of the town. Warm friendly greeting was received when shown to our rooms which were a twin bedroom and a single bedroom. Twin room was adequate size which had a badly fitted ensuite but did the job, bedding was clean however towels were on the small...

I was up in The Lakes on my own getting some Wainwrights sorted. A great weekends walking topped off with a great single room (not easy to find) in this comfy and homely B+B. A well equipped en suite room and the breakfast very good. Will be back.
