This is a straightforward small B&B that is extremely well located. The host could not be more pleasant & helpful. The location is easy to find, right on the main street into town, & it is just the right distance from the center of town so that you can find a parking place (only street parking available, sadly) fairly easily...

We'd booked this B&B for a Keswick weekend away before Christmas, and were aware it had likely been hit by the floods. Paul rang me before we left to explain there would be no dining room or breakfast available and asked if we still wanted to come. We did and declined his offer of a discount. Had the top room,...

We stayed just one night and booked very last minute. I called before booking online to confirm that we could arrive late and he kindly offered us a discount as we didn't want the breakfast included. In the morning he then offered to cook for us anyway which we declined as we were in a rush. He left the keys...

Stopped here for a night before catching train to London. Lovely guesthouse with super friendly host. Great location with a view! Be sure to find the river walk to town just across the road. It's both quiet and lovely.

Nice small guesthouse in Keswick. The owner was very friendly and had stories to share with us whilst we were there. The room itself was quote good, only downside being we had to share a bathroom between 3 of us. But other than that, everything was pleasant and the breakfast was also very good. The view from my bedroom was...

This guesthouse was a lovely little place clean room the only thing about the room was we had to share a bathroom and wasn't an en suite but this was explained before the visit due to the recent floods. We was meant to be B and B but again because of the floods the kitchen was only getting fitted the...
