Staff always really lovely & friendly. On a nice day it's a good place to sit out with a drink, however the premises are right on the side of a busy road. The canal is on the other side of the road though, amongst fabulous fields & so lovely views and an excellent location to stop off to eat or...

A well situated family run hotel in a rural location with easy access to the motorway. Stayed for 3 nights in a deluxe room and it was very clean, spacious and stylishly decorated. The wifi was a little hit and miss but we think that was due to the location of the room. The food in the restaurant was excellent with...

Daughter and Partner booked us into this hotel for one night as a thank you. Very clean and tidy. Plenty of alcoves to sit and read or just watch the world go by. A good nights sleep. We had a looked around the hotel and found the Hayloft, some very interesting articles around this room. The waitress did seem to...

Stayed at this hotel for Business in one of the Deluxe rooms and was very impressed with the standard of the room. The hotel does look a bit tired from the car park and I wasn’t holding out too much hope but, after a quick and friendly check-in, I was pleased to see a recently redecorated room which was a...

Stayed for four nights. Hotel had everything we wanted - nice rural location, lovely interior, stylish rooms, fantastic bar and surrounding areas, choice of different restaurants to eat in, excellent quality food with wide choice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were next to a light and bright, well furnished mezzanine which served as a nice place to relax...

Old country pub with modern extension for rooms, good size rooms and in quiet rural location close to M6. The food, accommodation and service are very good. Ideal for business in the local area and a country holiday.

The bedroom was spacious and comfortable with a Super King Size bed and the staff were generally very friendly. In the restaurant the dinner menu was very varied and the meals were excellently cooked and more than ample. There was some outside seating and a large car park. I would fully recommend this hotel.

Had lunch at Crooklands and it was really nice meal. Friendly staff and service was quick. We ate in the bar part of the restaurant which was dark with on windows. Not sure why they have a lovely dining room which we walked through that is bright light and airy.

Generally the first part of the hotel/bar is quite nice, booked over the phone and barman greeted us and advised us on menu and drinks which was fine and he was professional. When restaurant table was ready we were taken through to an awfull open yellow area we really didn't want to be in. Although room was open plan and...

Stayed overnight on Saturday last week ahead of riding the Fred Whitton cycle challenge. Needed to leave very early, before breakfast, but was immediately offered a breakfast tray to be left outside my room. All the staff were fab - super friendly, helpful etc. Great evening meal too with a quiet pint. Fast wifi, very clean room, comfy bed. Spot...
