I have recently stayed here 4 times on business trips, and the hotel is very nice. All the rooms have a certain amount of charm - with wooden beams across the roofs. Some of the rooms are a bit more dated than others but depending on which room you get, there are four poster beds, and a mixture of showers...

As ever another great stay at the Allerdale. Clean, spacious room with big bathroom which was great for a family of 3. Breakfast was relaxed and of good quality. I had porridge and perfect consistency for me :) Daughter had the veggie breakfast which she loved and the other half is always happy when there is black pudding on the...

Beautiful hotel in a lovely quiet part of town, immaculate good sized room with lovely decor, bathroom was immaculately clean, really comfortable large bed. Staff were very helpful throughout and we got our car parked outside the hotel too, as it was a saturday night it was free. Would definitely stay here again.

travelling to see our friend Nikki in Maryport the traffic on the M6 was it's usual rubbish and by the time we got to Perish the thought of a settee bed was too much to bear so we booked a room at the Allerdale Court Hotel. It's ace, Kay the landlady is lovely and runs a very dog friendly establishment....

We attended a breakfast meeting organised by the local Christian Medical Fellowship. Food was excellent and staff attentive and polite. Breakfast included a selection of juices, the full English, toast and tea or coffee. I cannot comment on the accommodation itself.

I stay here fairly often (2 or 3 times a year) and have given a previous favourable review of the hotel. Nothing has changed as far as the hotel is concerned (all as previously reviewed) but the parking facilities are getting more annoying, It has previously been the case that the nearest car park (council-owned I believe) would charge for...

If you like good service then this is the place for you! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the service in the restaurant was equally as great. Lovely rooms with decent sized bathrooms! Food is absolutely delicious, on our last morning the chef called in sick and the owner herself cooked our breakfast- hats off to her!

The Allerdale Hotel offered almost everything required for an overnight business stop over for a two day contract in nearby Workington. The room was comfortable, warm and exceptionally clean. The bathroom was both spacious and provided everything required. For once the shower wasn't a mild dribble. The staff were helpful, and provided a top quality service. Breakfast was a fantastic...

We had a lovely large downstairs room but would've enjoyed bathroom opposed to shower room as there was space for one. Things a bit tired but big comfy bed. Staff helpful overall but given some misinformation about parking car locally Breakfast all ok

We chose this Hotel to stay at whilst visiting the Lakes distillery. The rooms we had 201 202 were lovely with enormous beds and lovely showers.the staff could not do enough for you and we're really helpful. There was a wide range of choice for breakfast and the Cumbria no breakfast was delicious. There is plenty of bars and restaurants...
