Just stayed at that room for one night. Now wish it had been two or even three. It's a loft room, with its own private balcony overlooking the bay. It's only accessed by the balcony and is therefore separate from the hotel. So for breakfast you have to walk from the room a short distance to the hotel. It suited...

We arrived late at Lake House and they booked us a table at their sister hotel Regent Hotel with a 10% discount. It is a smart hotel with professional staff. Relaxing sitting areas and a smart dinning area. It would be good for that special evening. The food was good looking and tasty .

Breakfast & Lunch was nice. We stayed there for 3 nights. First we stayed in Double bedroom and on the last day we change to Suite room. Everything in this hotel is great. The room is big and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would probably come back to visit again.

We visited Ambleside to celebrate dads 80th birthday. As we wanted lunch whilst we were there and we were such a big group we thought we would book somewhere. I rang a couple of places before I got in touch with The Regent but they were unable to accommodate us because we were too big a group and it was...

I went with my wife to The Regent Hotel today, the 12th April. We had an outstanding lunch with equally outstanding service. My wife has several food allergies and is also coeliac. This is not a lifestyle choice and can be very debilitating. We were attended to by Maria who went out of her way to make our lunch an...

We were staying here as a large family group of 11 for a special get together weekend away. They made us feel very welcome and did everything they could to make our stay perfect. We all stayed in the garden rooms which are away from the main hotel and are quite and away from the road so no traffic noise,...

We visited The regent hotel at the beginning of April. The hotel is right on the lake front and is set in a perfect location. Check in was easy, the staff very welcoming. We stayed in a superior double, which is well worth the little extra. The bed was very comfortable and the room spacious. Breakfast was good and had...
