What a wonderful beautiful place this is. Set in the rolling hills. The bnb farm cottage is so pretty and full of charm. Sheila the owner is so lovely nothing is too much trouble she goes out of her way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The room was spotlessly clean and a comfortable bed. Her breakfasts are...

Everything about this little b&b was absolutely perfect. Sheila is wonderful, and so is her daughter, who kindly cooked us breakfast. Our room was stunning, all of the little touches made the whole experience even more special...all of the food and drink was of the highest quality. We were given lots of recommendations about walks and place to eat etc....

Sheila welcomed us with coffee and cakes on arrival. The double room we had also had a single bed, with a lovely bath and shower en-suite, and toiletries provided as well as big fluffy towels, bathrobes and even slippers! There is also tea/coffee/ hot chocolate available in the room and a fridge for use at the top of the stairs, and...

The farmhouse is gorgeous and is located out in farms, a few miles from Ambleside & Hawkshead. It's an incredibly peaceful area, and great to sleep with nothing but the sounds of nature out of your window. Sheila was great and made us feel incredibly welcome. The breakfast is what you'd expect from a B&B on a farm - top...

We don't usually stay in bed and breakfast accommodation but we will definitely try some more after having a great experience at this property. The owner Shelia was very welcoming, serving tea and homemade cake on arrival. The room was spacious, very clean and had all the amenities of a nice hotel. There was even a fridge that guests could...

We pulled up at the small farm to a warm and friendly welcome. The accomodation adjoins the main house, so there are 3 guest rooms and a lovely communal living room, complete with cat! There is a great attention to detail that makes you feel very well looked after. The breakfast was delicious - as was the lemon drizzle cake!...
