First trip to this hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and the breakfasts are great. Particularly liked the idea of the LP record collection and player. Would definitely stay here again. Beautifully shabby chic.

the parking is very limited in season but the position offers superb views and easy access. Beware stairs and check the floor your room is on if feeling wary of 3 double flights. Staff excellent but eating facility of 30 covers for 34 rooms with up to 70 guests stretches the waiting time for peak breakfast. Did not dine but... More

Hotel was very central to everything. Quaint and comfortable in the dining and lounge areas. Our room was clean and tidy but very very small. Especially the shower area was very pokey and difficult. However the manager at the hotel was excellent and extremely helpful. Parking shocking.

Very clean; loved the paintings, books, records; great view from the balcony bedroom; charming staff; excellent and plentiful breakfast; nice town. Had supper at Il Tricolour, Italian, very good in spite of unpromising exterior and decor.

A very singular experience in Ramsgate: The staff is very gentle and intentioned, the building shows the marks of decades of life. Many paintings on walls are originals and tastefully. The breakfast was very rich and reniewed as needed. We recommand this hotel

Unusual style of hotel with quirky undertones. Made to feel very welcome by the staff. Had a cabin room on 2nd floor. Just the right size for two. Comfortable bed, lovely view out to sea. Breakfast was excellent. Good choice including lovely fresh strawberries and other berries. Help yourself smoked salmon and also cooked to order. Dont have the kippers... More

Booked within a few hours of arriving and very lucky to get the last two rooms. Really comfortable accommodation. Fabulous breakfast and very warm friendly and helpful staff. Couldn't have wished for a better place to stay and very reasonable price. If ever in the area again I would make an effort to book in here. The little garden at the... More

Stayed in top floor room overlooking the harbour and the view was stunning as the sun came up. Lovely comfy bed and the feather pillows are the best ever. Great room although tricky climbing up all the stairs with heels on and carrying a heavy bag. The people are wonderful and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is... More

Royal Harbour is a stunning hotel with a view of Ramsgate Harbour. For £65 a night we stayed in a beautifully decorated, vintage style room with gorgeous antique furniture. Comfiest bed in the world, nespresso machine, heavy cotton towels, toiletries, turn down service, etc. So unexpected at the price we paid. It's in the Hall of Fame for winning a... More
