I had booked a two night stay at this hotel with my mum. We were welcomed by a very grumpy lady. No towels in the room, she explained that they were in the drier but only got them after 10 pm at night. Very poor breakfast. Shower not working properly. Dingy room. Uncomfortable bed.

This place is certainly cheap, but it's also one of the most tired and outdated hotels I've ever stayed at. The front of house were great. Kind and polite, especially as I turned up a bit late. I was in a room at the front of the second floor with a sea view and a shared bathroom. I have to...

In reviewing this hotel I am considering the service received during the period I stayed there in comparison to the money I paid. On this basis I think it was reasonable value. It's true that the management were not exactly over zealous in their welcome, but they certainly weren't rude. For sure the room was basic and the TV had...

Me and my father travelled down to Ramsgate. We each had a room. When we arrived at the Hotel the staff were friendly and helpful. After checking in we were led to our rooms. The bathroom was seperate and frankly disgusting. The bath tub where the shower was, was full of detritus and the shower screen was streaked with soap...

I had a good experience, staff were friendly, location was excellent. My room was clean and tidy with a sea view and newly refurbished. Breakfast was excellent. I would recommend the hotel to couples who want value for their money. The sandy beach and harbour was about 6 minutes walk from the hotel!

we wanted to book this hotel direct and was quoted £70 for a DOUBLE room but ended up booking it through a third party for £60....that was £20 too much for this hotel. normally you are met with a welcome smile and 'did you have a good trip' greeting.....not here! we was met by what can only be described as...

Upon arrival I found the owner really rude and the hotel out dated. We had booked 2 twin rooms with on suite but only 1 of the rooms had on suite and the rooms with out on suite didn't even have a hot running water. We didn't have any towels in the rooms and the bed were extremely uncomfortable. For...

Rude staff on arrival. Bedrooms very basic. Decor is like something out of the 80's. No towels put in our room after she said she "was on it" !! Water, cold only . Dirty shower. Bed really uncomfortable , weird smell! We order two ensuite rooms. only had one available at the same cost. They really need to change there...

When walking through the door it felt like stepping back to a recession hit 60's B&B. If your a fan of anything remotely luxury you might (will) want to avoid it. It's sad interior has an instant effect on you and it has that over cooked cauliflower smell that I remember from my Nan's house. We stayed in the penthouse/attic...
