Stayed one night in a family room before catching the Eurotunnel the following day. The hotel is perfectly adequate & clean. Not breathtaking or picturesque but functional. Our only issue with the room was the temperature, which was set far too high and as far as we could tell, not able to regulate using the basic controls in the room....

Standard Premier Inn, clean, convenient, comfortable. Friendly staff. Adjoined to Beefeater which seemed to be very expensive for an evening meal for a family of four. Over £110. Would stay in a premier inn again but due to cost of dinner not this one.

Lovely little hotel, comfy beds, cosy pillows, the usual quality you can rely on with a premier inn, not too far of the beaten track either. Shame about the restaurant next door, nowhere else to go to eat!

Arrived at the hotel only to be told that the electricity was due to go off the following day. As this was a 2 night stay this had implications for our plans. I'm sure they knew beforehand but didn't tell us in case we went elsewhere. The hotel is not on the main A20 but nevertheless the road outside the...

Nice staff, booked evening meal and breakfast. Evening meal was nice enough but the breakfast left a lot to be desired, toaster did not toast adequately, milk had ran out, limited choice of cold breakfast. Staff were more than helpful even if they were run ragged. Room was clean and serviceable, no complaints really. Would advise to book breakfast as...

As we were looking for a family room not too far from the Eurotunnel this seemed like a good option. Our only concern was the lack of air conditioning but as we were visiting end of October it was not an issue. The room had a double bed and two small single beds, perfect for our 3 and 5 year...

This is a standard Premier Inn with a Beefeater Grill next door. The Premier Inn is near the A20, about a mile away. It is 10 miles to the Tunnel and less than that to the Dover Ferries. Try not to get a room near the landing doors as you can hear people passing through during the night. You can...
