Very clean house comfortable beds, and an excellent informative host roger told us about what's going on in the city, and where were good places to eat, we did eat at one of the suggested places and had an exceptional meal, we were greeted upon arriving by roger a very friendly chap. Who told us everything we needed to know....

Roger was a wonderful host, providing a warm welcome, advice and recommendations for local activities and places to eat. Although the rooms are not large they were clean and the beds comfortable so we extended our stay to a second night. The breakfast menu was extensive with food beautifully cooked when ordered. Despite being located on a major road parking...

Very acceptable room, clean and warm. Friendly welcome, with everything explained clearly. Breakfast cooked to order, so it was hot and crispy. No noise that bothered us and even though it was only the one night we found it first rate for a B&B.

This is a B&B very close to Canterbury City Centre which was ideal for our trip for a birthday party in Hersden. It is basically a converted house with a few bedrooms but is run professionally and is both comfortable and has some endearing qualities. We had some difficulties raising the reception on arrival due to an inaudible bell. We...

We enjoyed a lovely stay under Roger's care this past weekend. We had a room at the back of the house which was very nice and quiet, with a modern bathroom and great shower, and couldn't hear the front road (which is busy) in the least. Breakfast made to order was absolutely fantastic. About 15 min walk to the centre,...

spend 2 nights here whilst visiting Canterbury with a friend. A real find....so close to city centre but with the river to the rear you feel miles away from the busy road to the front of the property. Parking at the rear is great...must admit l wouldn't want to leave car out the front. Host was very helpful and friendly...

Arrived early, welcomed by Roger who showed us to our room and offered us hot drinks. Lovely clean rooms, comfy beds. Huge choice at breakfast, all cooked to order and very tasty. We had a brilliant stay, local pub friendly and welcoming too.

You really couldn't ask for more from a B&B in this price range. Comfortable bedroom, excellent breakfasts, friendly host. A twenty minute stroll from into Canterbury centre (with the option of a pleasant riverside walk route), or hop on the bus at the stop right opposite.

After a dreadful journey - usual M25 problems we received a very friendly welcome from Roger who is an excellent host. Our room was a double on the ground floor at the front on the main road but this did not bother us. The room was large and very comfortable. Tea an coffee making facilities and biscuits were provided and...

“On both of our visits, we stayed in the spacious family bedroom, ground floor. Although facing onto a fairly busy road, we slept very well, even though I am a very light sleeper! Pleasantly decorated, comfortable, clean and well kept. Even an iron and ironing board and a hairdryer in the room.”
