We stayed at this B&B for just 1 night and enjoyed it very much. We stayed in the Garden Room and we weren't disappointed. Having not stayed in a B&B before (only hotels) we weren't sure how intrusive the service would be. I have to say i dont think there were many other people (if any) staying at the house...

We wanted a short break to celebrate our 30th Wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived till we left we were made to feel special. Even coming back into our room the first morning there to find a small bottle of Cava & postcard congratulating us on our anniversary. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was freshly cooked, served beautifully....

I have never found it necessary to submit a negative comment following a stay at any hotel or B & B, despite having travelled a fair bit. However, we did not feel at all comfortable with our stay at this B & B. Similar to some other reviewers, we found this place unwelcoming, regimented and not very hospitable. The stay...

Magnolia House is a pretty B&B a fair distance from the old town of Canterbury. It is a walkable distance if you are fit, but be prepared if it is cold or rainy. Our room was a bit fussy in decor for my personal taste, but everything was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The advantage to not...

We stayed here over the bank holiday weekend and found it to be a very nice B&B. The room was excellent with a very modern bathroom with an excellent selection of toiletries. The Hotel was in an excellent location for the train station and for the centre of Canterbury. Breakfast and service were excellent.

I needed a room for the night in Canterbury, and Magnolia House came up with the best rate. It's a short walk out of the city centre in a residential street. The single room was clean and had a new en-suite shower room which was fine. Complementary tea, fresh coffee, and a small bottle of wine in the fridge. I...

Enjoyed our stay at the Magnolia, the room was large and clean with a very comfortable king size bed, and there was plenty of coffee tea etc., the decor was interesting and of a good quality. The bathroom also was extremely clean and again finished to a very high standard. Parking could be a problem if it was busy, but...
