Have stayed in few more expensive hotels in the area, but decided to give this a try as i like the location, central and opp the old mill ruins and river. Reception very good, staff friendly and helpful, good location. Didnt eat here but had the included breakfast, very nice. Nice little pub for a few drinks before bedtime too...

You needn't reserve a five-star hotel to get the best hotel experience (unless you prefer night-clubs). Our family has travelled all around UK over the period of almost thirty years. Now we have found the cosiest, loveliest, friendliest, simply the best place, an historic coaching inn, The Millers Arms in Canterbury, Kent. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It's...

Good room with super bath in ensuite. Good night's sleep followed by very good breakfast. Parking in car park nearby for £6 with ticket sold at reception for 24 hours. Once parked on arrival you do not need car until departure as anywhere that you want in city is walkable

The first impression was staff friendliness. These young staff gave us a good information about hotel and travel information. The room was nice, the most we love about the accommodation was a warm bathroom. As in the bathroom has heater underneath the floor and another one for have towel. So anytime we step into the bathroom, our feet always warm....

Complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits and two bottles of water all provided I didn't eat in the restaurant but by the number of people dinning it is...

We stayed overnight for a birthday treat. The food at dinner and breakfast was delicious, the location is great and the staff were welcoming. Rooms are a little small, the bed too hard for my liking and shower not very powerful but this wouldn't put me off staying again.
