All rooms have sea view overlooking Town beach. Large menu choice for cooked breakfast also available fresh fruit, yoghurt and cereal.. Every morningJeremy advises on any special boat trips or talks and a weather forecast. Karens attention to detail makes this a stay to remember.

We spent 4 nights at Rose Cottage and could not fault it. The room was charming, overlooking the harbour and very comfortable. The welcome we received was lovely, it was all spotlessly clean and the breakfast superb. It is a small cottage, and entirely in character with the island itself. I thoroughly recommend Rose Cottage as a place to relax...

We have just enjoyed a 4 night break at Rose Cottage to celebrate our Silver Wedding. Thank you to previous reviewers as your reviews led us to this lovely little B and B. Our room was very modern and comfortable although the B and B is in a lovely old fisherman's cottage, we had a gorgeous view over Town Beach...

We stayed at Rose Cottage for the second time at the beginning of June and we're delighted to be back. Super location opposite the harbour with great views and minutes walk into Hugh Town for evening meals and the boats to the other islands. We had the largest room with a huge very comfortable king sized bed which could be...

It would be difficult for Karen and Jeremy to improve on their immaculate B and B. They were very welcoming and accommodating. The place was well appointed and spotlessly clean. The breakfast that Karen provided had a large possibility of choices and she always made sure that there was a plentiful supply of fresh fruit for breakfast as well as...

We stayed with Karen & Jeremy for a week in August 2015. Our room was well furnished and overlooked the harbour. The choices at breakfast gave plenty of variety, which were cooked from fresh. Helpful advice about the weather, boat trips, places to visit and eat were really helpful. Rose Cottage gave us that quiet relaxing holiday we were looking...

Just spent a week at The Rose Cottage and have come home feeling vey relaxed. Karen is a wonderful host and her breakfasts are out of this world. You need to do a lot of island walking to work off the calories! Would definitely recommend!

This was our first trip to the Scilly Isles and Rose Cottage proved to be an ideal choice. It offers comfortable accommodation in Hugh Town with views of the harbour and easy access to pubs and restaurants. Karen and Jeremy, the hosts, are very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are superb and each day begins with a briefing on weather,...

Good base for exploring the islands. Karen and Jeremy very welcoming and helpful. Comfortable accommodation with superb breakfast each day. A large choice with Full English, homemade granola, fruit, fish, porridge and eggs done in every way. Handy for boats and choice of restaurants. The ones we enjoyed most were a 20 minute scenic walk away.

We had never been to the Isles before: I bought this as a birthday treat for my wife. We were not disappointed. Jeremy and Karen were lovely hosts. The room was very comfortable (although the on-suite was a little small!), clean and hospitality tray topped up each day. We could come and go as we pleased, and Karen had all...
