Hi , we like this restaurant with its lovely surroundings although the wait for food is usually quite a wait ...However today I noticed that all the cutlery is filthy it's not something I usually check in restaurants but when I picked up my fork it had dried in food all over it ..I then took one from another table...

We were greeted by a welcoming and helpful member of staff and check-in was simple. It was a family room and was perfect for the four of us with the children being on a single bed and a camp bed with a substantial mattress making it nearly as good as a regular bed. The level of cleanliness was excellent -...

Love this Premier Inn and we have stayed in quite a few! It is conveniently close to the M25 and St Albans but still enjoys a beautiful country location. The charm of the working watermill is hard not to enjoy and the staff are friendly and fun. Well done guys!

Excellent premier inn. Fantastic staff. Very friendly. Only bad point is the moor mill inn next door. Terrible food. Poor breakfast. Recommend this premier inn if you are visiting Harry Potter studios but would advise against eating at the inn next door.

The room is ok. This is not the usual standard of room we are used to from Premier Inn. The walls are a little too thin between the rooms (noise can be heard). External noise is low, given the proximity to the motorway. My negative concern is the lack of diligence shown by the staff. They always seem to be...

We stayed here for a recent trip to Wembley. Not London prices but only 20 mins by car to Stanmore and tube. Country feel with water wheel in Restaurant and duck pond outside. Attached to Beefeater , with Premier inn Meal deal excellent value. Rooms clean and tidy, staff excellent. Would certainly use again for Wembley. St Albans is also...

The location was beautiful with a stream and ducks. Lovely seating area outside and a children's playground. There is not many disabled parking spaces, We found the room very cold and dark when we first arrived but an extra heater was provided immediately.(no.53) We were not happy with the restaurant facilities. There is quite a few stairs to climb if...

We stayed here in a family room for our next day visit to Harry Potter Tour. Located only a few miles from St Albans which is a standard high street town, nothing special but was made nicer on a sunny spring day. The room was large and clean but the bathroom is always disappointingly small with nowhere to hang clothes...

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Friendly staff, good location and decent breakfast. Walls a little thinner than some premier inns, could hear next doors alarm and chatter so marked down one. Nice and close for Warner Brothers and don't be put off by proximity to M25, you can't hear it in the hotel.

Excellent value for money, great location and really helpful staff. Beefeater is next door and the food was great value and tasty. The hotel is clean and tidy. We asked for extra towels and were given them without problem. Loved our visit here as well as the tour or the Warner Brothers Studio just a few miles down the road
