We stayed just one night with our boys (aged 10 & 12) the staff are really friendly and helpful. Yes the decor in the conservatory was dated but everywhere was really clean and the staff brilliant which to my mind is more important. We had the evening meal which was really lovely and felt like 'an occasion' rather than just...

Parking was easy although I would imagine it can get a little tricky if there is a large function on. The Check in was easy and the receptionist was very helpful providing guidance on attending a show at the Arena. The rooms were warm and comfortable with everything we needed, Breakfast was ample and tasted good. We only stayed one...

Stayed here for one night, whilst visiting a london attraction. Stayed in a family room, with one double and two single beds, was abit of a tight sqeeze, but ok for one night. It was clean and tidy, but very very dated, really could do with a makeover. Plus,we could not find one plug sockets to charge a phone or...

Nice hotel, particularly photogenic back garden area. About 20 minutes by train to central London, train station roughly ten to fifteen minute walk from hotel. Were surprised when we arrived and they had us booked for one night instead of two.. quickly rectified but tense moment to say the least. Family room was small but very comfortable and very clean....

A group of us have recently stayed at this hotel to celebrate my daughter's bridal shower. On the first night we ate in the hotel, wow, the food was amazing, the best meal of the whole weekend. Unfortunately, for us, they were full the next evening so we had to book somewhere else. The staff are lovely, welcoming and friendly,...

A friendly welcome where we were guided to our room with info on the public areas on the way. Our room had decor in keeping with the Edwardian style of the building while remaining mostly practical. There was a useful storage area and a decent bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the room dark and quiet enough. A couple of...

Back in October I've stayed for 3 nights together with my parents who came over to visit me and had a great stay. Everyone was really friendly, a feeling that made us feel like home. Lazaros one of the managers was great offering us local information and guidance as well as an exceptional service. Also the Italian food was gorgeous....

Me my beautiful wife and three boys stayed here while we had a short break in London. We loved the hotel, very nice and clean, great polite staff, and safe off road parking. We stayed in one of the cottage / apartment family rooms, clean and tidy, and comfortable beds. Rooms kept very warm and had to have the window open....

What a lovely welcoming hotel this is. I stayed on two separate nights and had two different rooms (both doubles) I had booked a single but it was not a problem to upgrade and both rooms were clean, warm and very comfortable. The first room was small but it was so well presented that it didn't matter. There are tea...
