What a lovely surprise. Open fires a tame cat that welcomed guests and surveyed dogs! Country living and dogs allowed. Warm comfortable spotless and lovely people. Room 20 was great and nice toiletries and good coffee machine if you like it - I do not - but it was there. Beds clean and comfy and breakfast was beautifully cooked. Pool...

We have been meeting up with friends for many years to stay, eat, drink and exchange Christmas presents at The Feathers in Ledbury. It delivered again this year. The rooms are great and to be able to stay in a Tudor period building is special. We also ate in the hotel and this was excellent. Great menu choice and the...

As a county I find Hereford a very foody place, and very dog friendly. Though we didn't have a dog ourselves I loved that people were eating and relaxing on the chairs and squidgy sofas around the fire with their very well behaved dogs at their feet. Such a lovely feel to the place. We had wine, sandwiches and Irish...

We booked into a four-poster room at the Feathers as a last minute treat and we were not disappointed. We arrived early with our 18-month old and we were greeted very warmly, with lots of help offered. We were able to make use of the pool and we all felt very relaxed by the time dinner rolled around. We were...

Super very tastefully decorated rooms with everything and more that you need for a comfortable stay. We loved the quirkiness of the attractive building. The staff were both professional and friendly and strike exactly the right pitch with their guests. We enjoyed the Fuggles restaurant ambiance although menu-wise we felt that the puddings were somewhat over complicated and combining perhaps...

We ate here for lunch. I tried the chicken livers and was completely mesmorised. They were absolutely divine, rich, tasty, juicy - meaty... just a joy! Not sure what else I had after that... but in our family we have those that are not so keen on meat and those that not so keen on seafood but we all came...
