Seems this is a new management, hotel is near city centre and within 5 minutes walking to train station. No lift. Rooms are clean and comfortable. OK wifi. Good breakfast. They have hanged a poster outside the hotel 'if you don't checkin before 10 pm, then you should stay outside' which I felt a bit rude. So, incase your flight...

Stayed one night, clean fresh good value for money. The hotel I belive has been taken over by new management in February so the bad reviews before was due the old management I'm guessing. The only point I will say is we had to park over the road the bus station which we had to pay extra for but other...

Probably, in all my years of travelling even in 3rd world countries this was one of the worst Hotels I have ever stayed in. On arrival room temperature was zero , there was freezing fog outside, but, nobody had thought that as guests were arriving it would have been NICE and welcoming to turn on the heating. The room (...

Stayed for 4 nights for work in a single room. Although the room was quite small and a bit dated (no double glazing and 1980s decor in the bathroom), it was clean and warm and the bed was very comfortable. They are obviously in the process of modernizing the hotel so it's getting there. I stayed in a room at...

Good location. Warm comfortable clean room. Good choice for breakfast. Friendly bar serving ok pub food. No double glazing so request room off main road. Room no.2 was so noisy, taxi rank appeared outside at night with people shouting and yelling till the early hours. Find car park near Hereford football ground. Cheap and approx 10 min walk to hotel....

No parking near so nearly £10.00 spent on parking before we checked in . £50 taken from our account before we arrived, another £80 on arrival. The room was old and tired, with a puddle on the windowsill were condensation had formed. The carpet was musty and coming away from the wall. The bathroom radiator was too hot to touch,...

Only did an overnighter but the staff were friendly enough, there was pleasant conversation going on at the bar upon arrival (always a nice sign) and it continued into the evening, the rooms were clean, cosy, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was good. Really can't fault it to be honest. I have already recommended and I would definitely stay there...

Hereford is a beautiful city but this hotel has no place in any city never mind Hereford. I only stayed here as people said that it is convenient as it is so close to the train station but so is the county hospital. To be honest the food would have been nicer and I would have had a better nights...

Sorry and please read my previous review on this same hotel. But REALLY! It has changed hands and sadly the customer service and care has diminished without any increase in customer comfort. Being locked out at 10.10pm when I had gone out for some food says it all for a bar/restaurant/hotel and luckily as I had checked in earlier... Apparently...
