Absolutely filthy place...never stayed anywhere as dirty as this. Bedding dirty, pillows stained, towels all stained, toilet dirty, shower dirty, carpets filthy. Amazing how this place has any customers. It's like a homeless shelter only dirtier. AVOID AT ALL COSTS...u have been warned!

Well what can I say, I'll start with the positives there are none. Apon arrival I was "greeted" (used loosely) by the owner who told me all the relevant information I was then handed the keys and told my room number and left to find my own way, I opened to door to a horrible stench so first thing was...

We had booked a double room for one night. On approaching the front door the 'garden' was covered in litter, bottles and fast food trays. After ringing on two door bells and knocking on the door several times we resorted to ringing the owner to answer the door! After checking in we were shown to a room in the annex...

My wife and I decided to book into the Amberley Court Guest House as we had stayed there one night about 9 years ago. There were 3 entries on TA and it seemed OK. As we were moving out of our house and flying abroad we needed to stay for 5 days and the rate, £60 a night, seemed very...

Why pay hotel prices, when you can get ideal en-suite rooms and service at a guest house of this quality? I stayed several nights and couldn't fault it. The rooms were of a decent size, the shower excellent and the beds and linen of good quality. I only had one breakfast, but is was perfectly satisfactory..
