We had a lovely stay here. Maggie was very friendly, and we had a comfortable and relaxing time in this character cottage. The dinner she cooked us really hit the spot. We were walking the Cotswolds way, and it was just what we needed after a long day.

What a delight! Rare opportunity to stay in a loved and sympathetically restored family farmhouse. This is NOT a symmetrical and soulless chain hotel you can find anywhere, it is a lovingly cared for imperfect gem. We will definitely come back.

We stayed here the second night of walking the Cotswold Way. Even though we arrived a little later than expected Maggie was more than welcoming & was a great host throughout our stay. We paid for the evening meal which was satisfying & tasty. Our room was cosy & bed comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty & good set up for...

A friend and I stayed here after our first day of hiking the first almost 13 miles of the Cotswold Way. The farmhouse is directly on the route. Maggie, our host, took on the project of renovating the property after her four children were grown. We were quite exhausted. BMaggie welcomed us warmly and brought my heavy suitcase upstairs. My...

If you start at Chipping Campden, Wood Stanway is 12 miles down the trail and so makes an ideal first night stop. There is not a lot of choice in this area, but this is not a problem as Maggie provides a well run, clean and friendly B & B. This is a four hundred year old farmhouse and obviously...

We stayed here on the night of a wedding. We had a large room with plenty of space for our travel cot and a clean en suite with radox bath soak had we had the time! The breakfast was just what we needed after a night of dancing and there were even boxes of toys to entertain our little one...

My wife and I spent the weekend here while on a break from London. The host Maggie was very kind and hospitable, the food was excellent and the accommodation was clean and very nice. Great to be able to stay on a working farm as well! We felt that a few previously negative reviews of this place were unfounded and...

We have stayed one night at this lovely farmhouse B&B in Wood Stanway. It is perfectly located right at the end of the second section of the Cotswolds way. The B&B has a very homely feel and Maggie made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and spacious and had a comfortable bed. I would recommend.

I stayed for one night while hiking the Cotswold Way and really enjoyed my stay. The house has a lot of character and I enjoyed talking to the woman who runs it and who knows a lot about the history of this region. Everything was clean, the bed comfortable and a full English breakfast was served.

Walking the Cotswold Way, this was very convenient for the stretch between Stanway and Winchcombe. We had the Blue room; it has a jacuzzi but it no longer works - we were warned in advance so no problem about that. It does mean the bath is a little narrow, OK for my wife but a little tight for me! No...
