I booked a room for myself for one night at this hotel, using booking.com The room was £89.25 plus £15 for my small dog. The day before my visit I had to cancel, due to illness. I believed that no money would have been taken from my credit card as I had given 36 hours notice (booking.com). I also telephoned...

It is obviously important for other potential guests that we bring clarity to this review. Our policy for cancellations is 48 hours from 2pm on the day of arrival, there are exceptions to this in relation to group bookings and bookings during special events, but for the majority of bookings it's 48 hours and this is our policy on Booking.com...

Called in about 8.50 Thursday night as been a long day hoping they were still serving as it was Badminton week and would be busy. Just a great meal, both to look at and enjoy. Crusted monkfish and twice baked soufflé. Try it out. Yummy

We loved our two nights at The Ormond. The cycling package was great and the team at the hotel was very welcoming and friendly. The food in the restaurant at breakfast and dinner was also good. And, our room was spacious and comfortable. They stored our bikes, offered to clean them after rides, washed our kit over night, gave us...

Stayed here for a little mini break, Tetbury is an interesting little town, where every other car is either a Porsche or a Range Rover, and people still wear corduroy trousers. Hotel says it's dog friendly, but there's £15 extra to pay, and there is no grass within 500 yards for dogs to do what dogs do. Staff were friendly,...

Great stay in a beautiful part of the country. This old coaching inn with a ton of character provides very good accomodation right in the centre of Tetbury. Relaxed and informal. Our room was quirky (as often the case in these old inns!) but quiet, comfortable and warm. Good bar serving good ales and lagers and the food is excellent....

Nice central location on the high street, the rooms are nice and in character of the location. Good choice for Breakfast. Parking is on street and can be limited. A good size pay & display carpark is located round the corner.

Nice little hotel with a good bar, great breakfast cooked to order and relaxing outside space. You have to find parking in the town but they'll direct you to a number of options and we found space easily. We had a standard room which was clean and tidy and well-serviced. Plenty to do if you just want to wander around...

Have stayed here on more than one occasion, love coming back. Rooms are so individual in challenging old coaching inn environment. Lots of stairs up and down but worth the wander. Food has never disappointed, only place my husband regularly clears the plate. Parking in this old market town is a challenge but on a previous solo visit, the owner...

I stayed here for a few nights on business. The room was small but had the most comfortable bed I've ever had in an hotel. Nice bar with decent food and a decent choice of real ales. My only complaint is the smell of "drains" around the reception area.

We booked a two night stay in a Standard Room, before arrival we were thinking if the room isn't up too much we will ask about upgrading, so we arrive are checked in by a very friendly person and shown to our room. Room 2, if this was a standard room I think the more expensive rooms must be off...
