Ideally located, great staff who were both accommodating and friendly. We had a bad experience with a meal in the restraint but this was quickly resolved with the offer of free breakfast for us all which was far better. Overall the staff made our stay.

Arrived late at night as booked for somewhere to sleep before a weekend away. Can't fault the room or breakfast. The only downside was no lift (that we saw anyway) so cases had to be lugged up and down different stairs to get to our room. Great affordable comfortable stay!

We stayed for one night and had breakfast. The room was fine with a good shower and service from reception and chambermaid excellent However, the All You Can Eat Breakfast included Costa Coffee - Cappucino and Double Espresso both tasteless and The Toasting machine would not produce toast [even the staff said it is unsatisfactory] Would stay again but go...

Excellent facilities, well placed hotel for visiting Stroud and adjacent area. Park opposite with lake and interesting local museum. Cinema and town amenities are 15 minutes' walk away. Large Tesco store a few hundred yards from hotel car park. Room at end of corridor proved to be unsatisfactory as disturbance gave a broken night's sleep. Will avoid room 102 if...

Only stayed one night but there was a warm welcome and everything was very satisfactory. Bed was comfortable and dinner in the restaurant was served promptly. Breakfast was everything you could want and freshly cooked so no greasy sausages etc in a warming container looking as though it had been there overnight!! Would stay again.

Excellent reception with ever helpful to visitors. Great location which is locate next to Tesco and directly opposite of the Stratford Park. Great place just to chill away the day. The attached restaurant and beer from Old Nelson Brewers Fayre. Quiet town tack away from the fast and busy life of the city.

Great value hotel, perfectly located for Stroud and the surrounding area. Nice and clean with very friendly and helpful staff. My room was very clean, very quiet and very dark at night so no problem getting to sleep. It's within easy walking distance to the town centre.

Another great stay at this Premier inn. Rooms clean and spacious, Huge comfy beds the only thing we were a bit disappointed with is this hotel has been refurbished since our last visit and they have got rid of the baths and now only have showers, we like a nice long hot soak after a day out shopping!!!! Apparently there...
