Overall room was well equiped. Unfortunately the radiator badly leaked in the room. The staff at the residents bar need to take a course in customers service-very rude - shame as other hotel staff tried hard to give good service. Breakfast was good.

After staying here after we got married back in 2014, I booked the suite dreams package as a surprise for my husbands 30th. The apple cottage was beautiful and the hot tub gave it an extra romantic feel. The staff were all very friendly and the food in the Mulberry restaurant was amazing. Only a few little criticisms - the...

This is a very nice hotel with lots of character, even squeaky floorboards. The staff are very good, helpful and always cheery. The only drawback is that there is no lift in the older part and we were on the top floor accessed through narrow corridors and lots of stairs. We were offered an alternative room but had been put...

My fiance and a friend of ours had afternoon appetizers and tea here twice on a recent trip to the Cotswolds. Both times, staff were kind and accomodating. We were able to sit outside on the patio, or inside the lounge, even though we were not hotel guests. The tea was delightful, and the atmosphere quite nice. One of the...

I was traveling with Elizabeth S., and she left her review before we found that the hotel was in no way responsible for our troubles. We had booked through Country Walkers, and although they charged more than twice what booking directly on our own would have cost, they paid far below even discounted room rates with a "whatever is available"...

The Manor House is an amazing place to have a wedding. The wedding coordinator Tom was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We had a wonderful time this weekend thank you. I must mention Ben and Marion and the receptionists all a credit to your hotel. There were a lot of family from Ireland who will take home some...

This hotel was booked as a suprise birthday present by my partner, we had stayed at The Redesdale arms the previous night so there was always going to be a comparison. Sadly I expected this hotel to blow the competition out of the water, that it did not. Firstly let's begin with arrival, the brown haired middle aged women on...

A charming hotel and a unique wedding venue located in Moreton-In-Marsh - one of the few Cotswolds towns that features a train station, which means an easy access to London, Oxford and Heathrow Airport. The venue with its beautiful gardens is nested among 16th century walls, nearby church and lush greenery, yet is easy to find (the entrance to the...

Visited here for a night away before our baby is born - due in 2 weeks! Lovely warm welcome and offered to take our bags to the room. Parked right outside which was a bonus. Lovely room on the second floor - number 24. Quirky and up in the eves. Loads of character. Huge comfortable bed and light airy room....
