When reading the reviews for Ivy House I didn't think any guest house could be that perfect... how wrong I was. The house is spotless, they provide everything you need for a couple of nights stay. The breakfast was good, piping hot each morning. We stayed there as attending a wedding, Paul and Sue respected this and didn't rush us...

A colleague and I recently had training in Cirencester and had a room each at the Ivy House. The owner Paul was very friendly, provided great full english breakfasts and tailored them to our tastes by swapping the tomatoes with beans on request :-) Rooms were clean, spacious and included everything required. Our training was at the other end of...

The Ivy House is in a great location, 5 minute walk to downtown, shopping, and restaurants. The breakfast was amazing and a pleasure to visit with Paul and Sue. The place is immaculate and well-maintained, our room decoration was delightful, and we appreciated the special amenities - bottled water, tea and cookies, wonderful toiletries. Can't wait to go back!

Our stay at the cotswoalds could not be better. Paul and Sud are the most welcoming people. Everything is very clean! Rooms are not very spacious, but very nice. There is water, tea and coffee available in the rooms. Breakfast is incredable, typical English breakfast, but also toast, fresh fruit, yoghurts, home made granole (which is definitely something you should...

Paul and Sud are a very friendly couple who go out of their way to make their guests feel at home. The rooms are not huge but this is a B&B not a 5-star hotel. The highlight of the stay is a comprehensive breakfast with lots of fresh fruits, cereals, all types of eggs, toasts, yogurt and home made granola...

Over the last 3 years I have been a regular guest of Paul & Sue at their delightful B&B in Cirencester. The rooms are always immaculately presented and breakfast is a highlight of my day. Paul & Sue have become good friends and I only stay in other accommodation when they are full and I have been late in attempting...

I went to Cirencester for the Hare Festival, so wanted somewhere pretty central. The Ivy House is ideally located as you can walk to the centre of Cirencester in minutes from there. Paul and Sue were Welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. I would definitely be happy to stay at the Ivy...

We stayed here one night on a tour of the Cotswold's with Rabbies tours. The room was very comfortable, the beds were comfortable and the pillows were firm. The bathroom was clean and well laid out. The breakfast was a complete English breakfast. The inn is an easy walk to downtown Cirencester. The owner gave us good directions on finding...

Coming from the USA we stayed at the Ivy House and used Cirencester as a home base to explore by car the southern parts of the Cotswold’s for three days. The location of the B&B was perfect! Parking for our car was available at the B&B, the room was clean and comfortable, and the B&B was a few blocks from...

We have, once again, had the pleasure of staying at Paul and Sue's lovely b&b, in Cirencester. There is parking for a few cars on site. The property is on a crossroads, but, due to efficient double glazing, we were not bothered at all by any traffic noise and had two nights of good sleep. Paul and Sue make their...
