We just stayed one night in this hotel and it was lovely. The staff are really helpful, we had a few problems with our booking but we booked through Hotels.com, the owner of the hotel did everything she could to help - thank you Would 100% recommend this hotel.

Lovely room in quiet location within easy walking distance of town centre, car parking available. Very nice breakfast, staff very obliging, we had to leave early as one of the party was unwell and no charge was made for the night we had booked which was most unexpected, will definitely be returning.

We have just returned from a second stay in this lovely boutique hotel. It is brilliantly situated for what we wanted to do which was shop, eat and sleep. Our room ( the family room) was just as described on the website and provided us with comfy beds, an adequate en-suite and plenty of room to accommodate our shopping bags!...

The enjoyment at this hotel (it is not really a hotel, its a guest or boarding house) is either enhanced or lowered dependant on which room you stay in. As a previous reviewer stated, it "could improve". Some rooms are really comfortable but others are badly laid out and one has two single beds facing each other, OK maybe for...

Overall, the accommodation was exactly what we needed: a nice clean place in Cheltenham that did not break the bank. The rooms we clean and well accommodated and moderately comfortable beds. Its close proximity to the center of town made it an even better bargain.

This is a good place to stay in Cheltenham. The hotel is comfortable and we were happy with our room although it did seem cold upon arrival. The chap on reception and we believe his brother later on really could have done with brushing up on their local knowledge, they didn't seem able to answer the questions we put to...

We booked for a weekend break. The accomodation matched up to its billing from other contributors and is located in an area called Pittville that was original conceived as a rival spa town to Cheltenham. It's located 15min walk from the town centre and 10 min from the park and pump house that was intended to be at the centre...

Good location between the town centre and Pittville Park, superb breakfast including smoked salmon and scrambled egg, friendly and helpful staff who were happy to help; however the room could benefit from a little focused TLC. We booked a garden level room through TripAdvisor at a very advantageous rate for a two night leisure trip. We would definitely consider The...

We stayed here for one night on Sunday 7th December 2014 as my husband wanted to watch Dover football team play Cheltenham whilst I went shopping and spent a relaxing afternoon in our lovely room. In the evening we walked to a local Italian restaurant and had a really nice meal and on our return we sat in the lounge...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - all be it only for one night. The hotel is situated in a leafy green cul-de-sac within easy walking distance of the centre of Cheltenham. Street parking is available and permits are freely available from within the hotel. All the staff we met were charming and helpful, and made sure we knew where all...
