We're frequent visitors and are always impressed - a friendly, helpful welcome, large immaculate room, well-furnished and very quiet and comfortable. Excellent dinner from a wide choice and a very good breakfast too!
From a 4* hotel it is expected to get good quality rooms etc.
Clarence Court gives a much more personal service, with stories of dealing with snow in Canada to stories of Wembley stadium.
The restaurant is excellent, for both dinner and breakfast.

I would recommend a Superior room if you have a baby as they have plenty of space. Not all rooms have baths so it might be worth ringing the hotel if you would like a room with a bath for the baby.
