Amazing, very attentive and made me feel like I could eat normally. My friend prewarned the staff when she made the afternoon tea booking that we would need a dairy free option. When we got there the chef personally made me my own dairyfree afternoon tea sandwiches, scones & cakes. Was very very impressed and would highly recommend it for...

This is my second visit to Ellenborough park for a relaxing night away in a great hotel . Arrived checked into a really lovely plush room . Then went for a swim in the heated outdoor pool which was really good. We then went to spa for jacuzzi steam room and sauna . Then went to room to relax and...

Our recurring memories of the Ellenborough Park is of the light of sunset being caught on the stone of hotel. It was a magnificent experience staying there. The rooms were large and the bathroom was so wonderfully expansive with an enormous ball-footed tub. The food was also great and the service was utterly impeccable. The breakfast was wonderful, the high...

The hotel and grounds are exceptional and without a doubt perfectly presented. Everything is immaculate from the second you arrive. Our room was lovely with a beautiful bathroom. A good stay in a stunning hotel. I was asked on check out to pay for complimentary milk and water though which was certainly strange, and maybe should be made clearer if...

We stayed one night at Ellenborough Park and booked into a Luxury Room. The hotel is what you expect for the price and the staff are professional however I was disappointed with the room. Our room was split level, with the lounge upstairs along with the wardrobes. I wouldn't recommend this room for the price. It's nicely decorated but is...

I booked with some trepidation the new wing, I believe it was called woodlands. I was worried it would be basic and modern, but as I went with my 90year old mother we needed to avoid the stairs in the main hotel area. The room turned out to be large attractive and very well appointed. We had a view of...

I enjoyed a 1nt stay here as part of a corporate group. Sat nav directions take you straight to the hotel with no problem turns. As soon as I walked through the main door the attention began - every single member of staff I encountered were professional & courteous whilst maintaining a friendly approach. We had coffee & lunch before...

Having failed to get a table for lunch anywhere we met my daughter and son-in-law here as a connvenient point to meet up and, although we hadn't been able to get a table in the brasserie they served us sandwiches in the great hall. They were obviously busy being mother's day but they found us a table with easy chairs...

From the moment you arrive you just feel relaxed. There are stunning views over the race course that can be seen as soon as you enter the drive way. The room was amazing with a beautiful bathroom with free standing bath and separate shower room. We ate in the one of the restaurants and the food was lovely and a...

We stayed here over Easter as there was a special offer available. The hotel does everything really well, from the rooms to the service. We arrived early and wanted to take a walk in the surrounding hills. We were taken to the boot room and swapped our shoes for incredibly comfortable boots and then were given directions to walk around...
