Stayed here a few times over the past year so I think I'm qualified to give a balanced review. There's a lot to like about this place - comfortable beds, top quality bedding and decor, Sky/Apple TV and iPod dock in each room, and a very genteel ambience. You could say the rooms are trying a little too hard -...

We stayed for one night and absolutely loved it: Pros: Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Rooms are well designed, clean and the beds are enormous and comfy. Parking out front The bed (I know but it's great) Little touches like hot chocolate, up to date magazines, bed TV's etc.. really make it. The bath.... The shower room... Cons: Had to...

We stayed here for one night recently and the service from the moment we arrived to when we left was excellent! Its a gorgeous Georgian town house which is warm, cosy and very welcoming. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The rooms were beautiful and very clean, the only thing k would comment on is there isn't much room...

We hired the venue exclusively for a party and it was perfect. The house felt really home from home and was beautifully designed. Lydia coordinated our event perfectly - she was so accommodating and very much on the ball. Everything went smoothly and all had a wonderful time. The food was great and little touches like breakfast trays and hot...

Stumpled on a great hotel in Cheltenham, only 13 rooms but all furnished to the highest standard, staff couldn't look after you more, you have to forgive the slight marketing technique of 'I'll check if I can find you a personal upgrade ' . that aside, you couldn't be made more welcome, special touches like the hot chocolate before bedtime,...

We booked the park as a 2 day break after our wedding and could not have been happier that we did! The room was excellent, so cosy and with movies on demand we didn't need to leave! The staff were incredible, booking a table for us at no.131, bringing a platter to our room on a wet day when we...

It is in a perfect location within easy walking distance of the town and nearby Pittville Park. Also close to the racecourse. It is luxurious without being in any way stuffy. Rooms are delightful and the service is first class. Excellent selection of hot and cold for breakfast and several nice little touches for extra comfort. Highly recommended.

This hotel was really quite charming. If I had been on holiday, I'm sure I would have enjoyed my stay. I was there on business however and the hotel didn't really meet my expectations. The negatives are the lack of a lift or bellman. I had a large suitcase, my wife did also, plus carry on luggage. Our room was...

We spent two nights here on a mini-honeymoon last weekend and could not really find fault with it. The hotel was beautiful and stylish, with friendly and helpful staff. The complimentary continental breakfast was very tasty and filling. I tried everything but did not feel up to a Bloody Mary so early in the morning. The bedroom was well appointed...
