We spent a week at The Lansdowne over at the end of July. We had had a bad journey and were welcomed with a coffee in the comfortable television lounge before being shown to our room, No.8. The room was quiet with windows to the side and rear of the property, had recently been refurbished and was wonderfully clean and...

We are travelleling for some years to the uk and we're always staying in b&bs. This one is one of the best we've ever been. Cheryle and Anthony are such lovely hosts. Although the place was full booked and they had a lot of work on their plates, there was always time for giving advice where to dine or what...

We enjoyed our stay at the b&b. It was conveniently placed to explore the lovely village of Bourton on the water and other areas of the Cotswolds. Our room was clean, comfortable and well equipped with tea and coffee making facilities and super White Company toiletries. There was plenty of free parking on site. We were particularly impressed by the...

I registered a new account on the UK site specially to write this review cuz Lansdowne is so good :) We stayed in Room 11, which is on the top floor facing road, but it is quiet. Location: 5-min walk to the town centre (towards left hand side), and if you walk towards right-hand side, you will see a house...

Really sorry about the internet, I don't know if we explained at the time, we are temporarly suffering problems with our internet due to the hub being moved to the wrong location, we have boosters everywhere however its not making any difference at the...

We stayed in June for a long weekend. We were welcomed by Cheryl and shown to our lovely room with a four poster bed. Both Cheryl and Anthony were well versed in all the must see areas to visit. Excellent breakfast menu and very tasty!

We stayed in this quaint B&B during Christmas break for 2 nights and had a lovely time. Anthony welcomed us warmly, gave us time to settle down before rushing through the check-in formalities and offered coffee which was apt in the December weather and especially if you take the local transport and not have your own car. The B&B was...

We returned to the Lansdowne at the end of June for a second visit, and just when we thought Cheryle and Anthony could not improve things since our visit last September, we were amazed yet again! We stayed in Room 2 this time, and it really had the Wow factor as soon as we opened the door! We were staying...

Really lovely welcome fron Land lord Anthony, excellent breakfast and our room was so pretty with fabulous mattress and bed linen. We wished we could stay another few nights and will definitely return. Nothing was too much trouble and Anthony recommended the best places to visit for a meal out that evening- top notch 🍸🍷😊

Thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay. The Landsdowne is a little gem with plenty of parking and only a five minute walk in to the centre of Bourton-on -the-water. Anthony and Cheryle were the perfect hosts. Our twin room was clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was extensive and all hot food was cooked to order. The local...

This was my first visit to the Lansdowne but hopefully it will not be my last. Cheryl and Anthony gave me a very warm welcome to their lovely hotel. My room was spotless and very comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. There were White Company toiletries provided and ample supplies of tea, coffee and milk (not to mention a delicious...
