What a great find!! This is a very well run bed and breakfast with extremely clean throughout . The owners were very helpful, friendly and offer a excellent accommodation with facilities. The breakfast was beautiful with first rate ingredients sourced locally . I would recommend this b and b and can't wait to return

Our second stay at Meadow Rise. Excellent guest house, location superb, 5 minutes walk from town centre. Very good bedroom and bathroom, all accessories you would need in them. Breakfast really good. Owners really great people, will do anything they can for you. Would always stay here again.

We stayed at this lovely B&B for three nights and it lived up to our expectations. Lovely clean room with a comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious and it was in a very central location for all we wanted to see. We didn't mind the short time slot for breakfast (8-8:30) as we wanted to get out an about early and... More

Five big fat gold stars . Lovely owner who tries her best to spoil you so you enjoy your holiday . Stayed in premier room and enjoyed all the little touches . Would definatly return and cant reccommend enough. Gorgeous house in gorgeous area . Feel totally relaxed and rested x

Our third visit and excellent again. Hanna, your hostess will do anything to make your visit a joy. Breakfast was good. Crockery is beautiful! Room very comfortable, with towels changed every day. Television provided.

We have stayed here a number of times and it has never wavered from anything but excellent. Friendly welcome, beautiful views, immaculate rooms, excellent location, fantastic farm house cooked breakfast and everything of the highest standard! 3 Days spent in a beautiful guest house run by a very friendly host. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Situated 2 minutes walk outside the heart of the village, The village center can get quite busy with tourists so being 100 meters outside it it means it is really quiet, overlook rolling meadows, it is definitely the best... We stumbled on this B & B on trip advisor after the so called number one in the area could not even be bothered to respond to an email enquiry we made earlier that week. I phoned up spoke to Hanna and booked immediately for two nights. We had the top floor room which was lovely with a superb view... More

Very clean and comfortable. Friendly hosts and delicious, fresh breakfast. Everything was thought of- milk in the fridge in our room, shampoo and conditioner included in the bathroom and a good selection of tea and coffee. Will definitely be visiting again.

Agree with everyone else couldn't fault it at all, spotless friendly superb breakfast and hosts with several extra little touches you don't find in most guest houses, anyone visiting this wonderful b&b in such a enchanting place that Bourton on the water is will not be dissapointed, didn't want to leave!!
