None of the 5 of us enjoyed our cream teas in their outdoor front garden. Despite friendly staff, the product they were delivering was far off the mark for such a wonderful hotel and setting. We have had much better scones from Tesco's. Lemon drizzle cake had lost its lemon, and the chocolate sponge was heavy. Sorry.

We visited the swan foe our wedding anniversary, we got married here 4 years back! We went on the food lovers package for an overnight stay! I could have stayed for a week. We had afternoon tea and also ordered a sandwich, it was huge and so tasty! Then dinner in the brasserie! It was lovely food, my starter was...

I had lovely memories of staying in the Swan many years ago and we were here to pootle around enchanting Bibury in the autumnal sunshine rather than have lunch, but we spent a happy hour enjoying the beautiful hanging baskets and watching the world go by in the courtyard garden, having afternoon tea. An excellent break from sightseeing.

We stopped for two nights in the beautiful village of Bibury, stopping at the Swan Hotel, from meeting the friendly receptionist Vicky to the wonderful room and finally the food our stay left us wanting more- the omelettes were the best I have ever tasted !!!, my daughter is spending Christmas there and we are so jealous

This traditional hotel is in an idyllic setting in the picturesque village of Bibury. Our room was comfortable with an exceptionally comfie bed but in general the decor and bathroom were "tired". We had asked to bring our dog but had been telephoned to say this wasn't possible only to find a dog bed in the room when we arrived...

My son and daughter in law chose this as the venue for their marriage this summer and what an inspired choice it was. From the outset, the staff were wonderful. Polite, so helpful and very communicative, they made sure the day flowed seamlessly, full credit to them! The food was beautiful ( I can recommend the smoked trout starter!) and...

Warm scones, plain and raisin, straight from the oven, piping hot and melted the delicious clotted cream!! Raspberry jam delighted us!! The little sandwiches were sufficient in quantity and also included iced lemon loaf and a chocolate cake that looked about 1000 calories per slice!! (Hard to resist..!) Beautiful setting. Walked to the trout pond and across to the workers...

We got married at this beautiful venue on 18th September. Was a magical day. The hotel ensured it. Staff were very attentive. Especially valentine, and vicky they were both very attentive and helpful. Food was wonderful, surroundings of hotel were so pretty and the hotel itself is stunning. A real treat. Xx

Came here for a late lunch on Sunday - I ordered the pork belly with stir fried veg. It came out relatively quickly, but I was quite dissapointed with what I had been presented with. There was a fair sized helping of pork belly, but about a tablespoon full of limp, stir fried 'veg', which could only have consisted of...

We stopped by here for lunch during our visit to Bibury. Restaurant is semi self service, you order and pay at the bar and the waiter brings your food out after. The English Afternoon Tea we ordered was not great, stodgy cakes, dried out sandwiches and tea with no taste. Saw some other people having steak and hot food and...
