The food is way above expectations, staff very professional. Book room No 1 if you want to impress the wife, double jacuzzi, 4 poster bed, fantastic! The food is really very good, staff very knowledgeable. Hotel wifi but no mobile signal, perfect! Lovely cotswold hotel.

Our chefs take great pride in producing great tasting dishes with the abundance of local produce the Cotswolds has to offer, and room number 1 is indeed sure to impress! Hopefully we will see you both again soon. Kind regards, Kate.

We stayed here on the Sublime Sunday Offer - and it lived up to its title! Sunday lunch was gorgeous, quality ingredients and presented beautifully. Our room was spacious, very clean, and was filled with full size Molton Brown toiletries. Evening meal was great, and breakfast was outstanding. Service was efficient and all staff polite and pleasant. The swan is...

Wow - what a wonderful review, thank you. We are delighted to hear that you found our 'Sublime Sunday' offer just that, and especially pleased that you enjoyed your meal, service and bedroom. Apologies for the slip up with the bill - as you have mentioned, it was due to a system error and all resolved at the time. We...

Popped in with friends for morning coffee. Nice comfortable bar area; pleasant Staff and good coffee, tea and hot chocolate. We did not eat here, but the Bar Menu looked interesting, if a bit on the pricy side.

Thanks for popping in for coffee. In this inclement weather sitting by one of our roaring fires is indeed a cosy place to catch up with friends! We look forward to welcoming you again when we hope you may sample some of the high quality, locally sourced produce on our bar menu. Kind regards, Kate.

Just arrived home from a short stay at The Swan Hotel in Bibury. We arrived at 2.30pm on Saturday. We had Room 8 Golden Eye. What a superb room, the views were spectacular of the River Coln and the bathroom was divine. We then went into the bar to meet our friends. The guys went and sat in the sitting...

Booked a superior room on behalf of my parents as a 70th Birthday and Anniversary present as this was a hotel they had dreamed of staying at for many years. Staff were extremely accommodating. They helped keep a surprise dinner booking secret, allowed us to decorate my parents' room with balloons and then gave us a complimentary bottle of Prosecco...

People leaving a review saying comments on here about the New Year's Eve Gala Celebration were 'finicky' must have been eating in a different restaurant. My partner treated me to this special weekend and our expectations were high. We have stayed at the hotel before and enjoyed it. Again the two days either side of New Year Eve were of...

Really annoyed by finicky reviews on here. The swan hotel was an absolute pleasure to stay at. We booked the whopper cottage for our anniversary and enjoyed every second. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and fairly priced. The scenery perfect. And we had a private hot tub. We will definitely come stay again. It was...

Just returned from a 2 night break at The Swan. Focus was the black tie gala dinner and dance on New Year's Eve, but sadly it didn't go well. First, to be fair, the hotel had some good points.
