Very comfortable rooms and they are a nice size too. Bathroom is stunning and the spa was just what we needed. Just wish we had the time off to stay another night. Just took a while to find as the car park is well hidden. The village is nice enough for a wander but would recommend staying Friday as almost...

Had a pleasant stay her on the Groupon deal. Lovely large room with everything we could have wanted provided. Comfortable bed, robes & slippers & a bottle of prosecco. Staff were helpful & friendly. The hotel decor is dated but all kept very clean. The spa although small was a pleasant extra which we enjoyed. The downside was the breakfast...

We had a great time at the hotel! The room was lovely and the service was good. However, booking with our Groupon voucher was an absolute nightmare. Your receptionist was not at all helpful when she realised it was a Groupon voucher we were using. No dates were available so I had to complain to book a date. Maybe your...

We stayed at the Rye lodge for 3 nights and honestly had the best time ever!! A luxurious room, scrumptious breakfast, staff who were friendly and professional, and of course the spa. Rye lodge was clean, relaxing and we came back to London feeling a million pounds and may be a pound heavier because of the great food! Many thanks...

We recently stayed in rooms two and three which are deluxe rooms with large balconies -ideal if you have a dog! our stay was faultless and in particular the staff who could not do enough to help us . We would have liked to have eaten at the hotel as the restaurant has a great reputation but sadly as we...

Room # 6, no sleep. Noisy heating system through an old chimney, which was on all night. Hot walls, hot room. No one to talk with that night -reception was closed. When I asked to move the next morning, the manager clearly knew there was an issue with # 6, but had put us there anyway. Moved us to a...

Thank you for your feedback. Im sorry that you were too hot in room 6. However, this room does have air conditioning that you could have switched on to cool down the room. Our reception desk closes at 11:30pm in the evenings. I understand that you were upgraded free of charge to a deluxe room for your second night.

A lovely stay last week at The Rye Lodge Hotel. A nice big room with an added bonus of a balcony, even though it only looked out to the car park. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our Groupon voucher a very good deal with a nice bottle of ' Prosecco'. Nice that we could enjoy that on...

Room 7 is beautiful. This was the Grand Deluxe room which has a great balcony with amazing views. All of the staff are extremely friendly and professional. Lovely breakfasts included also. A wonderful short break, which will most certainly be repeated.

Lovely hotel and great location. We stayed in a deluxe room (room 20). The room was very clean, very large and nicely decorated. It looked out onto the car park so not great views however very handy for putting bags into car the next morning. The hotel is in a great location. Close to all the shops and pubs etc....

We really enjoyed our stay with you recently. Lovely location. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. Our bathroom just needs to be updated. We would definitely come back again.
