Breakfasts just don't come any better than a Beechwood breakfast. From the second you arrive until the second you leave your every need is taking care off. The rooms are more five star boutique hotel than a B&B. totally faultless, they have thought of and provided everything you could possibly require from your room. Whatever you do, don't miss the...

I stayed at this B&B as a last minute decision, almost solely based on location. What a pleasant surprise it turned out to be. Easy to find on the main road with plenty of signs to guide you in. I stayed in a large, almost family sized room which was decorated nicely. There are plenty of objects about but it...

We had a wonderful night here in the emerald room which was a large double with ensuite. The b&b is beautifully furnished, rooms feel comfortable & luxurious and shower was amazing, and there was also a seperately bath. Breakfast was amazing, huge selection & you choose which hot option you want and the time you want it the night before...

I had a lovely stay at this guest house. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. I was a bit worried about the dogs when I saw them in a couple of photos but I never saw them. Breakfast was amazing. I really enjoyed my stay- as much as I could when on business. I have given 4 rather than...

We spent 3 very enjoyable nights at Beechwood in a very comfortable and well appointed room. Nothing was too much trouble for Carol and Ceri and the breakfasts were excellent. Beechwood is an ideal base from which to explore the many attractions of the area.

We were made to feel at home straight away by Carol and Ceri. The breakfast each morning was superb and I would recommend the eggs Benedict at least...

Highly recommend staying at Beechwood. Carol and Ceri are lovely, warm hosts; nothing is too much trouble; breakfast is terrific with many choices. We stayed in the Emerald Room; big, comfortable, huge bathroom. We were mainly there to go to the Glyndebourne festival but also visited Eastbourne and Royal Tunbridge Wells.
