Stayed here for one night with our two children and the family suite is superb. Twin room for the children and bathroom connects with our room. Felt very safe and was comfortable and tastefully decorated. Staff all superbly helpful.

The hotel itself is a little shabby round the edges but it more than makes up for this with the customer service! Everyone was smiling and you can tell that they really enjoy working here.
Comfy bed, great pillows, fantastic shower, tasty breakfast.
