We booked the Old Rectory for my husband's birthday. Helen, Kayleigh and Tracey-Anne could not have been more attentive. The Old Rectory thinks of everything and makes you feel like you are at home. A beautiful setting, close to the sea, old town, bars and restaurants. We will definitely be visiting again and could not recommend this place place highly...

Just returned from a fantastic weekend away at the old rectory , which is without doubt one of the nicest places we have stayed in. Tracey Anne and Helen are perfect hosts and from the minute you walk through the door all the personal touches make this place a cut above. We were welcomed on a dark nov night by...

Picked The Old Rectory due to location and on all fronts not dissapointed. Lovely warm welcome with coffee and cake, a map with local restaurants etc was most welcome also. Room was furnished to a high standard, bed comfortable bedding to a very high standard, cleanliness spotless. Heating in rooms too hot for me but that's a personal taste not...

My husband and I cannot put into words how wonderful our weekend and wedding at The Old Rectory was. It will be something we'll remember for years to come. Exceptional food and hospitality. Tracey-Anne and Helen looked after us from the minute we booked the venue. All our relatives and friends were blown away by the experience and we wouldn't...

My wife and I spent a wonderful time in Hastings where The Old Rectory really hit the mark. From start to finish, comfort, colour, garden, lounge, duvet, wifi, fire, shower and such a delicious breakfast.

So much more than a B&B! The rooms are spacious and all individually appointed. Our room was "Croft", with a fabulous view of the garden. The thought which has gone into this hotel is quite exceptional - the soft relaxing decor, the attention to detail, and the fresh foodie breakfast menu (produce locally sourced or homemade where possible). Above all...

Such a delightful place to stay and 'chill out'. I was met with a delightful warm and hospitable welcome, being offered afternoon tea and cake in the superbly appointed sitting room by the host Tracy-Ann. I stayed in 'Croft', a beautiful room overlooking the garden, the garden by the way was so stunning and beautifully maintained. The bathroom was the...

We have stayed here on several occasions now, and we have nothing but good things to say about the Old Rectory! Always a warm welcome from Tracy-Ann and Helen - in what is such a welcoming and relaxing space when you arrive. Always a phonecall before arrival to check everything is going according to plan - whether that is travel...

I don't know where to start here the warm welcome with marmalade cake, the fantastic room, the ideal location for everything local, the breakfast, the service. Everything was perfect ... then we found the garden .... I believed this place was magical before we stayed at the old rectory This excelled our expectations and confirmed that hastings is for us...

Lovely place, we were made extremely welcome on arrival. As for the wedding and reception, what can I say, brilliantly organised and top food, would like to thank Tracy-Ann for looking after everyone so well.
