We stayed here for two nights over new years 2016 and a lovely stay. Beautiful place, rooms and yummy breakfast. The host made us feel most welcome with a warm common room. Will definitely come back and highly recommend. Hastings is super cute as well.

Our aim was to have a break between Christmas and New Year and wow what a place we found. The Old Rectory surpassed our expectations.We were made to feel so welcome. The Old Rectory is located in the fascinating old town of Hastings and is easily accessible by car with some parking on site and available parking spaces on the adjacent road. It is within easy reach of the sea and all its attractions, the Jerwood Gallery and a large number of interesting antique and unusual gift shops are very close...

A warm welcome as always from Helen and Tracey-Anne with tea and cake by the fire. Our twin room was spotless and comfortable with a bathroom and a wet room. Fresh coffee and milk, biscuits, sweets, water carafes - little touches that show care and professionalism. Hastings old town is a lovely place for a wander with quirky shops and...

We couldn't have wished for more!! Elegant, clean, cosy and comfortable throughout. Run by warm friendly people who truly made us feel at home..it's the perfect place to take care of ones self and their loved ones!

We booked the Old Rectory for my husband's birthday. Helen, Kayleigh and Tracey-Anne could not have been more attentive. The Old Rectory thinks of everything and makes you feel like you are at home. A beautiful setting, close to the sea, old town, bars and restaurants. We will definitely be visiting again and could not recommend this place place highly...

Picked The Old Rectory due to location and on all fronts not dissapointed. Lovely warm welcome with coffee and cake, a map with local restaurants etc was most welcome also. Room was furnished to a high standard, bed comfortable bedding to a very high standard, cleanliness spotless. Heating in rooms too hot for me but that's a personal taste not...

My wife and I spent a wonderful time in Hastings where The Old Rectory really hit the mark. From start to finish, comfort, colour, garden, lounge, duvet, wifi, fire, shower and such a delicious breakfast.
