Cannot fault this beautiful b & b. A warm friendly welcome with one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. The breakfast with home made sausages and bread, home cured bacon and everything else locally sourced would take some beating anywhere. The attention to detail is second to none. Thoughtful touches like fresh milk in fridge outside...

We had a fabulous stay at The Old Rectory, the location of the hotel is perfect, 3mins walk from the sea and the old town with stunning rooms and beautiful gardens. We were very warmly greeted by Tracey-Anne on arrival with tea and cake and then settled into a beautiful room with roll top bath. Attention to detail at the...

The Old Rectory is a beautiful, historical building ideally situated for access to East Hill, Hastings Old Town, the seafront and the Jeward Gallery. The hosts could not have been more helpful in making sure we had everything we needed - including a delicious Gin & Tonic on arrival! Our room was lovely, overlooking the walled garden. We felt very...

Wonderful, warm and welcoming stay. Lovely coffee and cake on arrival, enjoyed the room (quirkiness of The Crown) with real coffee to drink (big deal to me!), cosy areas to chill in, a fantastic breakfast. Tracey-Anne and Helen make a great team and we would love to return one day. Make sure you book!

Stunning place to stay with two outstanding hosts. My mum and I had a lovely welcome when we arrived. Cups of tea and marmalade cake were offered to us and were most welcome after arriving in the cold after a long train journey. We relaxed in the cosy main room at the front of the house having our tea before...

I married my best friend here in the summer of 2016. The rooms are beautiful, food is amazing and the staff go above and beyond to make sure everyone is catered for and looked after. We had family travel down from Devon who stayed in the double suite which was absolutely beautiful. We had the most amazing day and everything...

Elegant in an understated, comfortable way. Beautiful, serene garden. The best breakfast I ever had. The food is locally sourced, freshly prepared. Friendly service. I can't imagine a better B&B experience.
