The room was clean, smart and comfortable. Well equipped and with a great sea view. There is no breakfast or other dining here and no lift. That was a challenge as we were on the 3rd floor. Ideal location for exploring old town and the new pier. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Room a little small, but it was OK for 1 night. The basic things were good and it was clean. Convenient for the centre of town - it's at the sea front end of Robertson Street. Our room had a sea front view - the pier in one direction and the Old Town to the other. This does not do...

We stayed for one night in this hotel and it was perfect. A near 10 minute walk to the old town. It's also got the sea front right on its doorstep, along with arcades and shops all around. The room itself was clean, with a decent sized bed, bathroom and we had a balcony which was a nice touch. Modern...

We booked two rooms for a two night stay. The rooms were very basic, but a fair size and very clean and tidy. Great location. Old Town, shops and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Nice views. No shower which was disappointing. Very friendly people.

The Hotel is in a convenient location, with a walk to the Old Town about ten minutes. We had room 4 at the back and Saturday night especially was very noisy, with a local pub playing music until around 2am and people getting taxis from the taxi company opposite until about 4am! The room was adequate but only had a...

Well run establishment with a friendly helpful management, the position is excellent close to the sea and the town centre. The room and bathroom were clean and the hotel offers very cheap overnight parking in a secure underground car park just adjacent to the hotel.

If you want friendly, clean, tidy place to stay on the sea front, then this could be the place fir you. If you have the top floor then you will have to climb some stairs, but that shouldn't put you off. I guess first floor had the best windows for light and a low view of the beach, but if...
