The staff were generally friendly and helpful, the showers were very nice as was the bed and everything about our room. There was a cupboard containing an iron and ironing board which was a great plus. Generally the room felt very comfortable and almost homely but still with a well maintained hotel feeling. On the downside, the complimentary breakfast was...

Me and my wife visited Brighton for our first anniversary and this was our hotel of choice. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was the perfect size and really nice. Breakfast was really good value, the food was delicious. I would definitely use them again.

Lovely Smaller Regency building on the Steine and straight down to front, near Pier and not far from Pavilion Immaculate lobby, room was of high standard, bathroom fine Exceptional effort on breakfast- FEB or vegetarian or vegan - how many big establishments can do that/tell the difference? And I turned up my nose at Eggs Benedict...and had Royale. Service to...

My partner and I stayed in the King Suite for one night at the beginning of May. The staff were wonderful - so courteous and really couldn't do enough for us. The room itself was just stunning... A huge bed with fluffy pillows facing the window and balcony with a sea view, a beautiful bathroom with a huge bath and...

Perfect design of the spacy room, comfy bed, new furniture. Good breakfast. Very good service. Room #5 was not good - ground floor - near the entrance (and also the place of employer's smoking), also you will hear very good all sounds of cars, talks of pedestrians). But the hotel is really very good.

The hotel is located on one of the most beautiful street in Brighton. Moreover, it is near the main street, near the Brighton pier and not so far from the train station. The staff was very helpful and nice. The (free) breakfast in the morning is HUGE, delicious and warm. You have a choice of benedict eggs, english breakfast and...

Very well located. Walking distance to the royal palace, the pier and the lane. The rooms are extremely comfortable, including the beds. Breakfast was delicious. I had Benedict eggs with salmon. Just next to the hotel there is street with options to eat in case the you don't wanna go to the lane. Very friendly staff.

We stayed here for one night, arriving the day of the Brighton Marathon. This was a bit of a nightmare because many streets were shut down, and despite I called the hotel they didnt give us great instructions to park.. they didnt even mention that the hotel street was blocked!! So after sorting this out with them in person (my...
