My fiance and I stayed here for two nights while in Brighton last week. We had such a wonderful time. Everything was perfect -- the rooms were bright, airy, spacious, and VERY clean. Ramola and Mary were so nice and very helpful. The location was great too. No complaints from us!

My husband and I loved this B&B! Ramola, the manager, was friendly and helpful. She recommended some great restaurants and cooks a tasty breakfast. The room was beautifully decorated-we stayed in the Pier room. The bed was very comfortable and had amenities from the White company. We could see the sea and walk to the town centre easily. Amazing service...

Stayed for 3 nights in the 'Calm' room. Very friendly and helpful welcome - Ramola gave us great advice about what to see & do. She also solved the parking issue for us - Brighton is difficult & expensive to park in, but Ramola gave us a street parking permit and we were able to park outside the front door...

This was our fourth stay at One Broad Street. Quite simply, however much other Brighton B & B's try to copy they will never be able to match the two main ingredients that make it such a wonderful stay - Ramola and Mary. The standard of cleanliness was first class, R & M were as friendly and helpful as ever...

service was excellent. rooms thoroughly cleaned daily. Fresh bedding, towels and re-stocked, tea, coffee and milk in our room. We used the sink filled with cold water to keep our drinks cold and as if by magic a cool bag appeared in our room. Breakfast was fantastic. I cannot faut the service one bit (and I am exceptionally fussy). Wonderful...

Just returned home from Brighton, had a lovely at one Broad street guesthouse. The guesthouse is situated a stones throw away from the sea front, the pier and an array of nice shops and restaurants. When we checked in we were welcomed by Ramola, who was very helpful as regards to parking and nice places to eat out. Our room...

Stayed here for 2 nights. The personalised attention provided by the lovely hosts, Ramola and Mary, made us feel right at home, which was especially welcomed given the cold and rainy weather we encountered on our 1st day in Brighton. Looked forward to the breakfast each morning - loved that we were able to specify what we wanted for breakfast...

Just lovely! I cannot think of a single fault! Ramola and Mary were wonderful hosts. Firstly, we had a few changes with our itinerary so had to inconvenience Ramola twice by changing our dates, but she was so kind in accommodating us and even let us stay in the Pier Room at our original price. So sweet of her. The...

5* quality, all the little extras you'd expect in a 5* hotel including high quality shower products, bottles of water, chocolates and sweets! The rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds very comfy. We were served the best breakfast ever, using local products and home-made granola. The hosts were lovely and very helpful. Fantastic location. We'll definitely stay here again.

I stayed at one broad street with three friends for a weekend away before my wedding. We received a warm and informative welcome to Brighton from Ramola. The rooms were spotless, bright and airy and the bed huge and cosy, with a lovely sea view. Sweet treats and white company toileteries were a lovely extra. Breakfast was delicious and high...
