Absolutely fantastic stay at number 14 Phil you are a fantastic host nothing to much trouble breakfast are to die for. Stayed in room 2 fantastic room with a super king size bed extremely comfortable thanks for everything Phil definitely coming back

We stayed here for couple of days and it was fantastic...great location and room. Breakfast was fab. Hosts very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.....we will be going back !!

Highly recommend this guest house - lovely hosts (friendly with a great sense of humour), brilliant breakfast and very accommodating. Comfortable rooms and nice big bed. Thanks guys! Would definitely recommend.

We bought a council permit from Chris and Terry at 'cost price' from Brighton Council which is about £7.50 a day I recall, they kindly showed us where we could legally park with this displayed clearly and it was in the same... More
