Very friendly hosts! Situated at a good location in Brighton, and you got your own key. Close to the sea and walking distance to all main sites, but still located on a quiet street. Serving a Superb full English breakfast and offering cosy rooms with nice bathrooms. Highly recommendable!

Terry is a lovely guy and. great host, the rooms are great and the breakfast lovely - go there - just do it . It is located well for exploring Kempstown, but also an easy walk into Brighton Centre and the Northlaines etc.

I absolutely loved my visit here! The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, a roomy ensuite, and the biggest, comfiest bed that I never wanted to get out of! Two of the loveliest hosts you could imagine, a delicious cooked breakfast each morning (bonus points for having Vegemite!), and short stroll to the waterfront and shops. I'm looking for an... More

Arranged a B&B booking and the pre-visit communication was quick and helpful, indicative of the friendliness of the welcome. Terry provided a voucher to enable us to use residents parking outside 14, and gave us brilliant advice on what to do in Brighton. Comfortable bedroom - not the biggest bathroom but everything that was needed and a stunning breakfast

Stayed here for 3 nights. Clean and cozy little BnB at great location. Small rooms but had everything we needed which was bathroom and a bed, which was actually very comfortable. Easy to go and explore the city from here and only short walk to the Brighton beach. A lot of restaurants and great cafes close by, but still the... More

We can only agree with other reviewers, this is a great place to stay. The breakfast is exceptional and we very much appreciated the white fluffy towels which were changed during our two night stay. Terry and Chris are great hosts with an abundance of local knowledge. Their attention to detail is second to none and we wouldn't hesitate to... More

Top hotels would do well to learn how accommodation establishments could and indeed should be run and managed. From chambermaids, to cooks, to front of house, to middle management, Terry and Chris, our delightful hosts, have much wisdom to pass on. My wife and I safely conclude that this was well and truly a week long stay that can only... More

I have reviewed this in the past and can honestly say it is as good as ever. Chris and Terry looked after us well as always and we have great chats with them as so friendly. The B&B was spotless as ever and is tastefully decorated, with soft white towels, ironing board, iron, shampoo, shower gels for him & her,... More
