The perfect stay! Stayed here for a long weekend for my boyfriends birthday and couldn't of asked for a better place to stay. Firstly Kieran and Chris and the two most welcoming owners. Breakfast is cooked to order each morning & it's lovely! We never went away feeling anything less than satisfied - the little things that were really impressive...

We have just returned from a lovely stay at the griffin guest house. Our room was spotlessly clean and furnished perfectly. Chris and Keiran were great hosts and extremely helpful. The breakfasts were truly amazing. We will most certainly return.

Thank you Kieran, Chris and the family for a wonderful stay. We were made to feel welcome and part of the family. Clean rooms, very comfortable beds, tasty food and the terrace was an oasis in the middle of a concrete jungle! We will definitely return.

Lovely B&B run by very welcoming owners,Kieran and Chris. Attention to detail in common areas and our bedroom was great.loads of local art work and greenery around. Room was very cosy, bed quiet soft though. Breakfast delicious and presented first class. Loved the little 24hr kitchenette for coffee and tea with the adjoining terrace.Perfect spot for exploring quirky Brighton. Thank you...

Lovely welcome by the owners Kieran and Chris. So friendly and the breakfasts, facilities are great! Room was wonderful. We had room 4. Fluffy white towels, crisp linen, clean, classy we will return. Italian next door serves great food as does the Old Bank as per the hotel recommendation.

We stayed here for 2 nights and I have to say we were really impressed. I loved that as soon as we got there that parking was sorted. Our room was clean and I loved the quirky touches! The owners were friendly and very welcoming. The location was only 2 minute walk from the beach. We would definitely recommend it...

Wonderful little place. It got a cosy familyfeeling around it. And a great contact with the owners. Good breakfast and nice rooms. The location is central with 2 minutes walk to the pier, 5 to the lanes and 15 to the trainstation. The rooms are non-ac and very hot during our stay.
