I had to attend a conference in Brighton, so was looking for somewhere near the venue, which was safe, clean and comfortable. The FIve hotel was brilliant. Very friendly staff and atmosphere, I could come and go as I pleased and although he room was a small single, it was really comfortable and had everything I needed. (Though if you...

My fiancee and I stayed at Five Hotel this weekend just gone for a romantic weekend away (turned out to be an excellent weekend, he proposed!) We found that Caroline and Simon could not have been more accommodating, telling us to come and go as we pleased. The breakfast really was the absolute highlight - it was out of this...

I have now stayed at Five Hotel about ten times over the last five years when I visit Brighton to see old-vehicle events. The owners, Caroline and Simon, are very welcoming and always make your stay an enjoyable one. The room is always perfectly clean and the bed is very comfortable with two large soft pillows ! The dining room...

Thank you for your kind comments, and look forward to seeing you this weekend for the Veteran cars. We will introduce you to our new breakfast. A continental hamper stuffed with healthy goods which will deliver to your room allowing you to enjoy breakfast in bed. Guests can get together for a chat over a nespresso at the breakfast bar.

I stayed here for two nights over the weekend. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. This lovely family run hotel is situated on a delightful grassed square within walking distance of most of Brighton's shops and attractions. I must say that the hamper breakfast is amazing - fresh, hot pain-au-chocolat and toast with a selection of preserves, cheeses and...

Although there is meter parking nearby (£10 per day) it was impossible to find a space. They were either 2 hour max or permit holders only so we ended up about 1/2 mile away in a 4 hour max zone and had to return to move the car later. Apparently the hotel used to sell permits which would have increased our...

Your review on parking will be very useful to a lot of people coming to Brighton by car. Luckily you were able to park your Jaguar right outside the front door for the remaining 2 days of your stay and enjoy the classic Jaguar weekend on Brighton seafront.

We stayed with our 5 year old. We had a sea view room with a lovely bunch of tulips on the table. The best bit was the breakfast, which is a hamper bought to your room. A great selection. The owners are also very friendly and helpful.

A beautiful place to stay- just a few steps to the beach & just a short stroll to the charming lanes & bubbling city. Caroline & Simon are great hosts. They´re friendly and helpful. Simon makes the best English breakfast, that´s why i needed to jog everyday;) It was nice sharing breakfast with the other guests in the dining room....

I stayed at Five last night after cycling down from London with three friends. The service we received was so personal and friendly - something you wouldn't often get when staying at a larger hotel. When we arrived the owners kindly made room for our bikes in their garage to keep them safe and after putting our bikes away they...
