The room was small but adequate. Nice bedding and decor. Liked the choice of teas, coffees and hot chocolate in the room. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Good location to walk to everywhere in the city. Would stay again!

Fantastic host (Caroline) - really made my cousin and I feel welcome and at home. Nice feel about the BnB - clean, tidy and fantastic sea view. Bathroom was a little small but manageable. We had everything we needed in the room. The host even went out of her way to make sure I had soya milk for my drinks... More

I stayed here recently for 3 nights, my room was pretty small but an adequate size for one for a weekend getaway. The owners were very kind and friendly, they made me feel very welcome. I really enjoyed my stay, and would definitely not hesitate to go back! It was a couple of minutes walk from the pier, town centre... More

This was in a good location for Kemp Town. The continental breakfast was a star in content and presentation. Useful local information was provided on arrival. On the down side it was expensive for a small B&B and the room was a bit titchy needing very narrow beds. The en-suite was barely en and not very sweet but the shower... More

I loved this hotel! Small, clean and friendly. The lady (I think her name was Caroline?) was so lovely, her advice on where to go was invaluable to us as young female tourists and has driven us to make another booking in a few months time! Room had everything we needed and was comfortable. Thoroughly recommend

Only an overnight stay unfortunately, but very enjoyable. Parking can be a bit of an issue, but fine if you can get a space in the street outside. If you can't then there are plenty of spaces not too far away. All seem to be pay and display during the day though. Hotel itself had a nice welcome and the... More

The hotel is very central to the pier, sea front and town centre, with some great bars and restaurants very near by. The welcome from Caroline was lovely and although we didn't book the continental breakfast she recommended some places locally that did a good full English. Our room and ensuite were rather small but as we were only staying... More

The location is great as you are close to the centre without getting too much noise but there are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. The parking is either on street pay & display (you can pay online which is quick and easy) or there are other options a short walk away. In the front door we were... More

My boyfriend and I stayed one night in this bed and breakfast and loved it! Our host was Caroline, we were made to feel very welcome and we had everything we needed in our room. Breakfast is a continental breakfast basket delivered to your room at a time of your choice and we thought it had great selection and was... More

Spent 2 nights at Five Hotel. Our hosts Simon & Caroline were so helpful & provided tips on places to go all of which were spot on. A Georgian (I think) town house overlooking a small green just a stones throw from the beach. A elegant looking building that is bright & airy inside with more modern decor. Our room... More
