We stayed for 2 nights over the weekend yes the hotel needs some real TLC but it's extremely old so you kind of give it some credit. Our room was floor 2 lovely size comfy beds clean bathroom nice shower. We even had a beautiful side view of the sea, however......you really can hear everything around you. We constantly woke...

This is an overpriced hotel, which does not even offer Wifi to customers in their rooms! We paid £140 for a family room, which did have a nice sea view, but was very tired and shabby, a bit grubby in places. The beds were uncomfortable -the springs were sticking out of the mattress and the duvet was nowhere near big...

It was an ok hotel.previous people had left a pair of socks underneath one of our beds. Despite this we still had a brilliant view of the seafront.the 360 can be seen from any of your rooms windowFor breakfast (which is free if u went all inclusive) there was bacon ham cereal orange juice apple juice fruit and even more.

The Beach Hotel is a little faded from its former glory but the Regency period was a long time ago! Yes, I agree with other reviewers that there are parts that need renewing, re-upholstering,l repainting etc. However all the essentials were spot on. The truly cosmopolitan mix of staff were all very friendly and polite. Having a broken foot, being...

This is budget accommodation, it's certainly 'without frills'. However the bed was really comfy, I've stay in many fancy establishments where the bed was awful. The shower was great too. Our room was huge, but basic. However given we were only there to sleep, it was just fine. Breakfast, was memorable for the wrong reasons. The location is superb, the...

The hotel was a little jaded as are a lot older hotels by the coast, but the receptionist was welcoming and everywhere in the hotel had been given a lick of paint. Our bedroom was very clean, but the furniture was very dated, the bathroom however was modern and very clean. We were surprised however to find no phone in our room (hardly...

Read reviews was worried about going but had a brilliant stay! Another reviewer complained about narrow corridors but the building dates from 1830s! Bedroom furniture was a little dated but room very clean, en suite was modern, water hot all the time and no pressure issues. Bedding and towels spotless. Wifi in lobby only (didn't bother us we were on holiday...

The hotel was the most unclean I've ever stayed!! My partner and I stayed with out two young children and didn't expect too much as didn't pay a great deal but this place should pay guests to stay!! It was disgusting, the carpet in the room hadn't been hoovered since what looked like first installation and there was stale urine...
