An excellent B&B with lots of generous aspects such as fruit and a classy range of tea bags in the bedroom, outstanding breakfast with home made yogurt and a range of breads as well as heaps of cheeses etc. I specially like the selection of organic jams. The best thing was the kind attention from the hosts who could not...

We enjoed our stay in the Brighton House. Very friendly staff. The rooms where tidy and comfortable. The location is not far away from the sea there were no loud streets in front of the hotel, so very quiet. Sight to the small park in front of the location. We'll come back with pleasure.

Stayed for two nights and found the location perfect. Lots of restaurants and pubs/bars but no noise to keep us awake and the room occupied was facing thecsquare. Staff friendly, room big enough and clean, bed comfortable. Would recommend and plan to stay again when next in Brighton.

We enjoyed our stay at the Brighton House. The owner greeted us when we arrived and gave us the keys to our rooms on the 3rd Floor! The rooms were clean and well appointed, with tea and coffee making, TV on the wall etc., Breakfast was provided continental style. Lots to choose from including home made yogurt, cereals, boiled eggs...

What a delightful little hotel/B&B. Room was comfortable and adequate, the staff couldn't have been more helpful, and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious, and kept be full until teatime! I loved the decor and the atmosphere, and it is situated about 5-10 minutes walk from the Lanes, 1 minute from the beach, and just opposite the "British Airways i360".

Last weekend I had a fall from my horse riding XC that rendered me unconcious with a punctured lung and a badly damaged arm. As a result I spent two days in hospital and the rest of the week horizontal at home recovering from sever concussion. Today was the first day I was well enough to contact this hotel to...

Thank you for your review. I am sorry you felt you were spoken to rudly and sarcastically. For the first time you spoke to a duty manager, I can't comment as I wasn't there but I was told he found it hard to talk with you for the same reason you gave. After speaking with the late night staff member...

A pleasant small B&B near the city and seaside. Wonderful Xmas atmosphere in the breakfast room. Tiny room and a fantastic home-made cake waiting at a hotel lounge every evening. Friendly people and Mr Watts, the cat. Looking forward to my next visit next December :-)

Had a great stay at Brighton House. The staff was friendly, the room was small but clean and neat. The location is excellent, close to the center, the beach and even Brighton pier. Would definitely recommend this lovely bed & breakfast.
